- ``Niku Sanuki Jinzo Udon'' uses most of the ingredients from Kagawa Prefecture, including udon flour, dried sardines, and soy sauce. This udon shop makes udon noodles in-house every morning, and aims to make ``udon noodles that you won't get tired of eating every day'' that you can eat at cafeterias in Kagawa Prefecture. The pork used is Hayashi SPF, a branded pork from Chiba Prefecture that is also used at many famous tonkatsu restaurants. There are currently 5 stores in Tokyo, and the Daimon store has been selected as one of the ``Tabelog 100 Stores'' many times. The udon noodles, made with carefully selected ingredients and handmade, are so popular that there is always a long line of customers.
