    Welldon babhi ji... you're such an example of women empowerment who is not only running her house but at the same time empowering locals about the new techniques of farming especially organic farming which results in healthy crop production... proud of you.

    Definitely, India will need many more young farmers like her. Without agriculture practiced by India's youth, India can never be the Asian power like of ancient times. Proud on the young women like her, who continuously do farming despite many hurdles faced by them. They must be supported by country's rich n powerful people.

    We should not only watch these videos, we should also apply many of the things which are applicable in our daily life. Like planting trees, terrace gardening, waste management and all the other things. We should also buy eco friendly things and buy things from those who are under the poverty line.

    Farming on hilly fields is not easy and productive. My family has been doing farming over generations here. Bas utna hi uga pate hein jitne mein sirf humara hi gujara ho sake.We face so many hurdles like Narrow and steep fields make it difficult to manoeuvre bulls and rotary tillers , heavy monsoon destroyers crop , no proper irrigation system.

    Its inspiring and interesting. Problems differ in each region in this particular sector.
    In our region, most of our farmers are resenting agriculture just for the reason of not able to find labour or to be precise, not able to pay such high wages. I dont know how far the Govt. introduced schemes benifitted the labour community but they sure destroyed my region farmers' interest in doing farming. I saw many unwillingly gave up their lands to leasing/selling to corporate companies. Small farmers are worst hit with these Govt schemes to pay the labour. If your channel could focus on this issue, that might help in shedding light on this silent killer of farming.
    Appreciate your work!!

    • @vidyadharjoshi5714
      @vidyadharjoshi5714 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      True, there are huge issues. Unfortunately inspite of many govts doing many schemes a lot has been wasted, lots of suicides. Suicides of farmers must be prevented. Govts are talking lakhs of crores of packages, a lot of talk about infrastructure which is really not required for India. ( Roads are rail are essential but trees must not be slaughtered, let any govt give the account of trees cut and reasons for that. Also putting fire and destroying nature must stop ) The Sewerage Systems in cities are in bad shape and govt talks about big things.
      Many years back there was Green Revolution ( agriculture ) and white revolution ( milk ). Has that gone to waste ? The agriculture has always been with animals. The waste from village was put in tanks to produce Gas for cooking and the rest was used as fertiliser in the fields. The problem of electricity - with solar, wind and Gobar Gas many farms should be self reliant on power. With drip irrigation a lot of water can be saved and diverted to those who need. So also with rain harvesting. The hill farming as shown here has many other problems.
      The migration of labour to different parts should really be minimised. Providing local jobs and providing minimum basic level of amenities is possible.

    One suggestion for better video sound.
    Pls put their voice in mute and instead of sub titles, pls give voice dubbing in English,
    It is better,
    Otherwise keep sub titles some more time and give clear background colour to the sub titles.
