However, I'm looking forward to my vacation trip in August!! I have looked on realtor at some options. However, nothing too inviting.
Thank you for your perspective. I understand that there are national influences on real estate such as inflation and interest rates but that local issues may have more influence. With that said, do you think that the passage of Bill 41 and its "enforcement" starting in October/November of 2022 will influence the supply side inventory, especially in the Waikiki, Kaka'ako, and Diamondhead communities? Do you anticipate a possible increase to put downward pressure on prices? Thank you.
