How can you acknowledge the systemic coach or manager you already are?

How can we acknowledge the wealth and depth of our original family constellations? Our systemic past provides us with a very wide range of acquired personal skills or competencies. These can be used in our present day coaching and/or management professions. Being a systemic coach is not so much about acquiring external intellectual tools than about acknowledging who you already are.
