I love the fact that Trina is totally ready to have Spencer right then and there, and he is trying to be responsible lol. It's kind of a role reversal here, since she's usually the logical one and he's the rash one. I can appreciate his stance though, a lot. He's serious about her and is worried she might have regrets if they do something impulsive while she's in a bad state of mind. I think it's very mature of him to consider that. She's been there for him through a lot and set him straight when need be, so it's nice seeing him finally getting to step up and be the voice of reason in their relationship for once.
I’m a sucker for hands on a man. NAC has nice, well kept, BIG hands. And TA is so petite. When Spencer grips Trina’s whole hip in one hand and cups her face with the other it SENDS ME. Also I saw a couple folks commenting on their kissing seeming “awkward” and I just have to say, no disrespect to y’all but I don’t see that at all. This was such a delectable episode to watch brimming with unrestrained desire. Trina was trying to seduce Spencer in so many unsubtle ways, but it’s great that he brought some clarity into the situation. He doesn’t want to be a temporary gauze for her and their first time to be something special and not be clouded by an emotionally heavy day. He wants to savor the moment and to ensure that when they do “come” together it will be without regrets.

There are so many good things here. Spencer is trying so hard to be good. When Trina suggest going to his place, he so wanted to, but resisted. I know it’s a soap and I shouldn’t think about this, but Trina obviously wanted to, but there is no way either of them had any protection. So it was a bad idea on a lot of levels. Glad Spencer was thinking sensibly.
Funny, trina was having a hard time accepting Goin to NY with rory, but she is ready to do spencer in the art gallery. Yes, she never felt that way with rory that she has with spencer. I agree with you! I have pointed out the similarities between Robin and Jason as well. They started off as friends first, the attraction was always there but they built upon their friendship instead. Even though both couples wanted to they both held off until the timing was right to be intimate. They both have a baby in the storyline that aren’t the men’s biological baby but whom they equally loved as if they were. Robin ended up moving in with Jason so that they could play house with baby Michael, which I had kind of hoped would have been similar with Trina and Spencer once they got Esme out of the way. I agree with you! I have pointed out the similarities between Robin and Jason as well. They started off as friends first, the attraction was always there but they built upon their friendship instead. Even though both couples wanted to they both held off until the timing was right to be intimate. They both have a baby in the storyline that aren’t the men’s biological baby but whom they equally loved as if they were. Robin ended up moving in with Jason so that they could play house with baby Michael, which I had kind of hoped would have been similar with Trina and Spencer once they got Esme out of the way. Finally, BOTH men had women who felt these men’s connection to these babies will be a clear path to their heart. Carly with Jason and now Esme with Spencer.
