Vex really has become one of my favorite champions ever. Everything about her theme and package is so fun so silly and so good! This deck we stole from our friend Davebo and it combines Vex and Caitlyn for some Shadow Isles and P&Z control shenanigans. Gloom allows our flashbombs to actually be very meaningful. Enjoy!

Thanks for the shoutout! The deck needs a bit more refinement, i agree its pretty bad into elder dragon decks, could maybe add a ruination to help that matchup.

Its so inticing to spend all available mana but then you can't react to what they do without any mana left

I think there is two separate things. Competitive PvP is definitely dead, no future major tournaments or the like are planned. So your highest competitive players will end up leaving. However, the game itself and ranked ladder is definitely not dead. You can still play ranked and have very short queue times, and still go to masters. There are no longer any ranked rewards or anything meaningful to play for, but the PvP aspect of the game is still there for those who enjoy it.
