We are Spiritual beings...living in a body.
Whenever I say that time is just a measurement like any other, physicists and their like go nuts. They think it's a thing. They postulate if we're real or not. It doesn't matter what we are. We are.
They’re not worth explaining this to; it’s casting pearls before swine. Just my thoughts.
A bunch of NOWS strung together, NOWS which have no dimension, no length...string them together and you get a concept of length (time)...but in reality it's just eternal NOW. Consciousness lights up the concept of time in the mind, which is a mental image, that comes to go.
Same for space. A line is made up of a series of points...a point having no dimension, we have eternity.
How amazing is creation, when you realize there is only God, which is consciousness, existence, and limitless. Time/space/object reality is only an appearance.
So, yes, as you stated, we are. If you fill in something after that, it comes to go, a changing reality. The only constant, unchanging reality, untouched by time and space is I AM. I AM, the substantive of everything in the universe, and that includes you.

So the past is a creation of the now,an echo, and so time is the moving of space around the self. Laying out the future as of now, knowing it's an envisionment that isn't any more real than what is now
Future is the past, because like the past, future is also a concept.

Time is not an illusion. It is a concept. Words we don't have in English, Sanskrit words, can explain.
Mithya: something that comes to go, in time and space. Annirvacchaniam: inbetween reality: here, gone, here, gone. In this way there is an appearance, that comes and goes.
Satya, or true reality is free of aspects; consciousness, existence, and limitless. The substantive of the concept of time is consciousness. Consciousness is: a Being reality. Think of it as a different order of reality. In the becoming reality, thought comes to go. For example, there is an awareness of a thought, in this case a time-thought. Consciousness lights up the thought. So consciousness is (Satya) while Mithya (thought) comes to go.

What frequency was the bell?
I have a 528hz singing bowl and it sounded almost exact, but again that's just my guess.
Most physicists do consider time to be a sort of an illusion but the past and future have the same reality as the present. And what about when parents actually do a horrible job as I have seen with my own eyes?
You were given the pressure to come out more loving snd caring. For you know what it now feels like to reside in a house and it not feel like home! Imo the way I look at that cause I’m the same way with my parents. We have the ability to raise a new generation completely anew. We’re evolving. Give up and let go!

There is such a thing as a sequence of events, or a temporal event sequence. Recognising this is in no way akin to imagining that 'the tail can wag the dog'. We pass from situation to situation, and there is a causal link between events that can be logically described or explained. I am definitely a fan of Alan Watts, but I can't agree with him on everything.

Jesus found out they were Gods in disguise, and they WANTED to crucify Jesus. But they never did it. Yet they wanted Jesus crucified. Instead, they will let the Romans to do it. They kept passing the buck like Adam and Eve did. The Serpant didnt but it knew what to do to escape. Neither did the Romans.
Pilate knew what to do. He freed Jesus and disguised another man as Jesus and crucified him instead. Caiphas knew this but said nothing like the Serpant said nothing.
