I am new to the mobility scene as I am a 100% disabled veteran and in the market for a mobility scooter or wheelchair because I can't walk very far. I am hoping that the VA will also approve a mobility vehicle for me as well. I am still going through all the appointments necessary to get approval. I believe the powered wheelchair is approved so far because they are having me come back for measurements and a test run in next month. If you don't mind and maybe you know or don't but what would be the ideal powered wheelchair or scooter for a person that is not bound to the chair? Maybe it's personal preference or maybe it's not. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!
