    Thundercrap.
The next time you take a number 2, You create a burst of thunderous sound that can be heard up to 100 feet away. Each creature within range, other than you, must make a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 thunder damage.
The spell's damage increases by 1d6 for each level of currency you paid for your last meal with (1d6 for Silver Pieces, 2d6 for Electrum Pieces, etc).

This absolutely needs part 2 - I was just in tears XD
And here are some from me:
    1) Antimagic Fiend - Summon a demon that completely shuts down all magic in 30-feet cone around itself. Have fun.
    2) Simpathy - Make your enemy buy the level 3 subscription for your streams.
    3) Arcane Dye - Summon a can of paint of an impossible color and have the most fashionable and brain-melting tavern in the city.
    4) Aura of Purrity - Make everyone within 10 feet from you hear the pleasant cat purring.
    5) Aura of Lift - Motivate your party members to finish their gym lifting.
    6) Ban - Remove the target from the current plane if they've ever cheated at anything.
    7) Banishing Smile - Your smile becomes so awful everyone awkwardly leaves if they fail WIS save. Your party members, too.
    8) Breast Bond - Um... Maybe this one is a bad idea.
    9) Breast Sense - Oh, this one is even worse.
    10) Bestow Nurse - Increase local health care organization's staff.
    11) Lack Tantacles - Feel bad about not having cool tentacles.
    12) Blade Carrier - You're demoted to the party's mule.
    13) Blank - Your character sheet gets deleted. Have fun remaking it now.
    14) Jones of the Earth - learn how many Jones there are on the planet.
    15) Booing blade - Summon a blade that doesn't deal any damage but instead, keeps booing your enemies until they can't take the social awkwardness anymore and run away.
    16) Burrowed Knowledge - Become a paleontologist!
    17) Palm Emotions - Become a mime!
    18) Cause Ear - Create an invisible ear somewhere around you that always listens. F O R E V E R.
    19) Contact Other Planet - Attune yourself to the cosmos, dude.
    20) Control Wins - Become a corrupted judge.
    21) Countersell - Open your own shop and run those pesky merchants into bankruptcy.
    22) Crown of Stairs - Create a crown that officially makes you the lord of all stairs for 24 hours.
    23) Dimension Donor - Help whoever requires medical help no matter where they are. And permanently lose 3d6 HP.
    24) Enemies Around - Create a horde of random enemies around your party. They also get a surprise round.
    25) Reduck - Fix all broken ducks.

By broken ducks, do you mean the nightmarish monstrosities that are geese?
Also, I feel like Breast Bond would be worse than Breast Sense.
Additionally, I'm imagining cursing someone with Cause Ear so now they have to listen to every bad thing you ever say about them, as well as any time you're doing anything such as using the bathroom or intimate activities.

this remind me of stories of the ring of the grammarian, or how ever its spelled.
it lets you change one letter of a spell name to make entirely new spells.
my favorite is summon geese. it summons geese that attack the chosen target. their honking disrupts concentration.

Take the ones you like from this list (I know it's long). Let's start with...
Mispel Magic: The spell that created this list. Further corrupts your spellbook or known spells with each use. In this case, an unwise Bard decided to cast it.
Fiends: Turns people in the area into the worst versions of themselves for the duration.
Make Hand: Listen officer, I don't know where this severed hand came from. It just appeared here in front of me, I swear!
Rending: Cantrip that does the opposite of Mending, for the mage who craves property damage.
Cane: Exacts judicial harm on a target's rumpus. For non-judicial uses (ahem, bards), make sure to clear it with your GM and fellow players first.
Pure Wounds: The target's injuries are no longer infectious, but they have a lot more of them. Removes poison and non-magical diseases, but reduces the target to -1 HP and instantly fails two death saves.
Detect Magi: Instantly know who in a room can cast spells. Creatures in the area must pass a wisdom save to have their status remain unknown.
Silent Mage: You and each target had better have non-somatic spells prepared...
Sleet: Inconveniences everyone. Mailmen are immune.
Tasha's Hideous Slaughter: Target just starts attacking. Do they attack allies or enemies? YES.
Silvery Carbs: Taste the food angels eat. Warning: You might not have the digestive tract of an angel.
Calm Emoticons: Display illusory emoticons intended to calm creatures in the target area, and perk up their mood. Creatures which fail their wisdom save instead become enraged.
Cloud of Baggers: Grocery-store goblins converge on the target area and begin efficiently bagging everything and everyone in sight that fails a reflex save. They will stack more delicate objects near the top.
Grift of Gab: Target becomes very effective at scamming people, but also becomes pathologically self-sabotaging. Typical murder-hobo rogue or bard may not notice any difference.
Heal Metal: Heals physical or psychological damage to metallic objects such as doorknobs, blades, hammers, adult toys, statues, etc. You need to spend the duration of the spell listening to their complaints and showing good bedside manner, or the spell fails.
Locate, Object: Spell finds the flaws in a legal argument and automatically object to them.
    Mold Person: Armpits beware.
Infisibility: For the duration, you cannot be cut apart; effects that would bisect you, dismember you, or even chop off a small piece of skin will instead deal the minimum amount of damage to avoid that, or will damage you in other ways (e.g. mash or burn instead of chop).
Hold Parson: Sometimes clergy need emotional support and a hug, so much so that there's a spell specifically for this.
Magic Moth: Summon a magical moth to be your friend for the duration. Warning: do not eat moth; psychoactive.
See Fisibility: You become fully aware of the precise means by which you could split an object, ranging from a person to a chair to a door to a gem to an atom. Your knowledge gained may assume you have tools outside your means, such as an axe, another gem, or a cyclotron.
Shatner: Because William Shatner doesn't exist in this world's canon, the target has no idea who he is. All the same, a target that fails their save will act out a random William Shatner scene. Everyone who sees the scene becomes entranced with the performance for its duration, including the caster; if they succeed at their wisdom save, they take 1d4 psychic damage from confusion.
Trywrite: Common among goblin schoolteachers. Force the target to attempt to write in a given language, even if they normally lack the mental acuity or attention span.
Barding Wind: Cast on a mount to armor them for the duration, and load a round in the chamber. For the duration of the spell, as a bonus action the mount can fart a 10' radius cloud behind them that sickens creatures that fail a fortitude save, and gives them disadvantage.
Zone of Ruth: Everyone who fails their save drops what they're doing and starts attending to all wounded, regardless of sides or allegiance.
Bestow Nurse: Magically summons and assigns a nurse of a randomly determined species to the target for the duration of the spell. Nurse's abilities and properties will vary based on their species. Note that Adult Red Dragons, Illithids, and Fire Elementals, for example, have terrible bedside manners.
Dispel Mage: Launch a mage into another plane for the duration. Target is random, and is often the caster.
Feat: Target gains access to a chosen feat for the duration of the spell, and your casting stat reduces by 4 for the duration.
Sear: It's surprising that it takes a 3rd level spell slot to produce the perfect steak, but god *damn* is it worth it! Affects a number of steaks equal to your level, can can be upcast to sear even more steaks.
Fast Fiends: Casts haste on all evil characters in the area.
Deign Death: On a failed save, caster and creatures in the area of effect agree to die even though they don't think they should have to.
Glyph of Warting: Target that reads this glyph gains a wart. The wart is permanent, and magical. Its properties, good and bad, are randomly determined and may include sentience.
Hypnotic Patters: For the duration, the sound of feet on the ground causes the target to fall into a trance, fantasizing about having children of their own. Lasts hours.
Intellect Fartress: The target becomes more intelligent, and increasingly bloated with gas. Each round they pass both a Fortitude and Willpower save, their intellect increases by 2, as does the save DC. On a failed save, they pass gas forcefully and drop to half their normal intelligence for the rest of the duration.
Tiny Nut: When you need to reel in the bard's libido fast.
Major Mage: Target spellcaster raises to the rank of Major, giving them authority to issue commands at that rank and have them obeyed. If cast on a non-spellcaster, raises the potency of the spells they cannot cast.
Nondefection: Keep the target loyal unless they pass a will save. Won't stop target from talking crap about you, but they cannot actively betray you.
Pant Growth: Target's trousers permanently double in size. If a target lacks pants, a perfectly tailored pair will be summoned and equipped first.
Lending: You establish a magical legal contract with the target, loaning them a specific amount of money which they have to pay back, with interest, by the end of the spell's duration. Or cast on a target to force them to loan money to you, but you'll still be held to the repayment rules. Target of spell may choose to resist with a Will Save with advantage to prevent the loan. Each time the debtor misses a payment, a chunk of the debtor (e.g. finger, leg, etc) transmutes into precious metals equal to the payment and teleports to the lender. Loans are simple and not amortized, with no early payoff penalty. Refer to the attached chart for repayment plans and interest rates for each scale of loan principle...
Speak with Head: Creatures that already speak with their heads will gain limited utility from this spell.
Speak with Lead: Grants intellect to a lead-based object such as a statue, bullet, or drinking vessel for the duration. Target will have its own personality and life-crap going on, but will be able to hold a conversation.
Speak with Pants: A common high-level Bard party trick which grants permanent intelligence to the target's lower-half clothing. The garb will then begin pontificating at length about its experiences being worn, and/or taken off. Many pants die a fiery death this way.
Stinking Clout: In the eyes of all creatures in the area of effect that fail their will save, destroy one named creature's reputation for the duration of the spell. They won't trust this MF for anything.
Sinking Cloud: This just drops a chosen cloud to ground level.
Harm Monster: Deals no HP damage, but wounds the target emotionally. Now you're the monster!
I'm afraid the bard had only one 4th level spell, so we'll call it good there.

Blade War: Compelled Duel but on a much, much larger scale. Also swords, daggers, and other slashing weapons only.
Blade Bard: Summons a College of Swords Bard to fight alongside you.
Revivifly: Same as Revivify, but only works on flies. Upcasting it lets it work on any creature with a fly speed.
    Paid: Receive your paycheck early.
Alter Shelf: Changes the appearance of a shelf or turns it into another type of shelf.
Create Sonfire: Sets your son on fire.
Magic Scone: Imbues a scone with magic, making it tastier and more filling.
Sacred Fame: Improves your reputation with a church.
Yeast Bond: You establish a telepathic connection to yeast.
Less: Cast as a reaction to any die roll being made. Reduce the roll's total by 2d4.
Ratapult: You throw a rat at the target. Make a ranged spell attack, dealing 3d8 bludgeoning damage on a hit. The rat takes 2d4 bludgeoning damage on a hit or miss.
Chaos Dolt: The target must make an Intelligence save, rolling on the wild magic table on a failure.
Chromatic Morb: Same as Chromatic Orb, but also heals the caster by half of the damage dealt.
Detect Evil and Food: You locate evil creatures and food within range.
Distort Valve: You touch a valve. Creatures have disadvantage on Perception checks to find this valve, and Investigation checks to investigate the valve.
Frog Cloud: Kind of like Skywrite, but it makes a cloud look like a frog.
Page Armor: Gives a book or piece of paper/parchment the properties of an Enduring Spellbook for 8 hours.
Ray of Stickness: Polymorphs the target into a stick.
Tenser's Floating Dirk: Causes a dagger or knife to start levitating.
Feast Sense: You can detect any feast in a 10-mile radius.
Blindness+Deafness: Do punctuation symbols count? Also, yeah, it's exactly what it sounds like. It does both.
Blue: Turns things blue. It's a bard spell, and the verbal component is that song about a little guy that lives in a blue world, and all day and all night everything he sees is blue, like him, inside and outside.
All Smite spells like Wrathful Smite can become Shite spells.
Continual Blame: Bestows unto a target temporary immunity to cancel culture for a month.
Lust Devil: Summons a succubus or incubus.
Enhance Agility: Gives the target the Evasion ability for the duration.
Find Craps: Locates fecal matter and games of Craps.
Gentle Repost: Reposts a meme on Reddit. I don't know what makes it gentle, either.
Heat Meal: Basically microwaves food. Targeting a metal object with it causes a 5-foot radius explosion. Creatures within range must make a dex save or take 2d6 fire damage and 1d6 lightning damage, I think.
Locate Animals or Pants: Exactly what it says on the tin.
Prayer of Hearing: Up to six creatures of your choice that you can see within range gain advantage on Perception checks made to hear for 8 hours.
Pope Trick: A cleric spell. You do a backflip and up to six creatures that see you do a backflip get a d6 bardic inspiration.

but INSTEAD it caused a GIANT MUG to fall on the enemy!

Banishing Smite -> Banishing Sight = Scowl at a target. The target must pass a charisma saving throw or be forced to leave the caster's range of vision.
Conjure Barrage -> Conjure Baggage = Each creature in a 60 foot cone must succeed on a dexterity saving throw or be pummeled by falling suitcases/traveling bags.
Conjure Fey -> Conjure Fly = Summon a really annoying fly that interferes with skills requiring concentration.
Contact Other Plane = Spelled the same, but allows to communicate with someone on the other side of a floor, wall, or ceiling.
Continual Flame -> Continual Blame = The target will still bring up another target's mistake even after 20 years or until dispelled.
Cordon of Arrows -> Gordon of Arrows = Summons an archer named Gordon
Cure Wounds -> Pure Wounds = Creates very clean wounds that are easily treatable.
Death Ward -> Death Warp = The damage from what would be a fatal attack would be transferred to another target (think Golden Experience from Jojo's Bizarre Adventures).
Find Traps -> Find Taps = Locate the source of repeated sound.
Fire Bolt -> Fire Dolt = On a failed intelligence saving throw, ignite a target who is forced to run around and ignite flammable objects they come within two feet.
    -
Fog Cloud -> Log Cloud = Turn a log into a 20 foot sphere of flammable sawdust.
Friends -> Fiends = The target has disadvantage on charisma checks.
Grasping Vine -> Grasping Pine = A pine tree springs up below a target. On a failed dexterity save, the target is yeeted 30 feet into the air.
    Hallow -> Hollow = Create a space within a non-magical object.
    Harm -> Arm = Grow a third+ arm.
Heat Metal -> Heal Metal = It's like Mending, but exclusively for metal objects.
Leomund's Tiny Hut -> Leomund's Tiny Put = A mini putt course springs into existence.
Magic Jar -> Magic Bar = Summons a bar that exclusively sells potions and potion-laced food (it tastes terrible).
Magic Mouth -> Magic Moth = Summons a moth that sounds a recorded message.
See Invisibility -> Sea Invisibility = The target feels restricted without being able to see what's restricting them - like trying to move in a pool of water. The target has disadvantage on dexterity checks.
Slow -> Plow = Great for farming.
Spider Climb -> Spiker Climb = Deal 1D4 Piercing damage for every foot the caster climbs on a creature.
Sunbean -> Sonbeam = The target is now considered the favourite child.
Thunderous Smite -> Thunderous Spite = The target is overwhelmed by a sense of offense.
Warding Bond -> Warding Pond = Creates an aromatic pond where creates within 120 feet need to make a charisma saving throw to move away or commit a hostile action.
Weird -> Wired = Target feels as if they just drank four cups of coffee and are unable to drink. Target has advantage on dexterity checks.
Wrathful Smite -> Wrathful Spite = The castor's hurtful words cause 1d6 psychic damage.

Curry of Blows (not a spell, I know): A really hot curry! Blow on it 1d6 times to bring it down to a temperature that won't burn your tongue! Otherwise you'll take 1d4 fire damage.
Reverse Gravity: This one is spelled correctly, but it changes the gravity of a particular situation into the opposite of what it currently is. In the middle of something serious? Make it lighthearted!
Dream of the Blue Pail: You dream of a blue plastic bucket.

This actually Happened in one of my D&D sessions, allowing for pretty ridiculous results. The idea was that the wizard of the party had the ability to change one letter of any spell, and that name would become the new spell. As you may expect This had some pretty wild results. Our crew was pursuing a caravan of soldiers trying to steal their precious cargo a feather from the wings of "time bird" one of the deity's of the campaign. This particular feather gave the enemy super speed so we had no way to catch them, that was until one of our players using a "summon frog" spell was able to create two giant level 20 frogs, which we strapped to our ship. Our Wizard cast the spell "light beam" which became "flight beam" and resulted in a makeshift skyship, which was actually a small boat being carried by two giant leaping frogs. This trick was used again when, after having to take a quick pit-stop to save our party members from falling from a city in the sky (dont ask) we had nearly lost the caravan. After a few minutes of out of game thinking we all realized we could change "light beam" to "fight beam" and were able to engage the fleeing company.

For the first campaign I was invited to, the DM walked me through the character creation process and actually let me homebrew a couple of stuff so i could give my character a few neat gimmicks.
This led to me creating a special non-verbal variant of Vicious Mockery. It still classified as mocking the opponent to the point that it could cause damage, but man the look on the DM's face when I was explaining the concept to him was great. This special variant does not use insults, it does not use any rude gestures, but it involves breaking a jar of piss over the opponent's head. I have yet to actually use it since my character hasn't been inserted into the story (character will be introduced once the main party travels into a new region, they still have to clear up some things but have not been able to coordinate a session because of school) but god I can imagine the facepalms and disappointed sighs already.

Typing these down as I come up with them:
Harkness (Darkness) - All creatures within a 15-foot radius must make a Wisdom save and, if they fail, are hit with a sudden sense of deja vu that distracts them for their next turn.
Spiritual Weep On (Spiritual Weapon) - Two streams of a faintly glowing, blue slime appear from the clouds and flow onto the head of a random creature within 120 feet when cast. The slime itself behaves like how slime is expected to behave. The stream continues flowing for 60 seconds before disappearing, but the slime will remain afterwards. (Alternate usage: If there is a ghost within this 120-foot radius, they are hit with severe depression for 1d4 hours.)
Legend Love (Legend Lore) - When cast, the target must make a Wisdom save and, upon failing, will become romantically infatuated with a creature of your choice. The creature must be well known by both you and them, and the spell will fail if they already have some form of negative view on the creature.
Ass Healing Word (Mass Healing Word) - Self-explanatory.
Ball of Light (Wall of Light) - Literally just Dancing Lights. Come on, what else were you expecting?
Demi-Plane (Demiplane) - Conjure a wooden plane large enough for two medium creatures to fit inside. Since it’s made of wood, it can’t fly by itself, hence the ‘demi’ part.
Lame Blade (Flame Blade) - You conjure a sword. It’s just a fucking sword. In fact, it can hardly even be called a sword because it’s not sharp enough to actually pierce anyone’s skin. You’ve seen sharper pencils.
Fry (Fly) - Exposes the target to extremely high temperatures, dealing 2d4 fire damage. Can be used outside of battle to instantly cook meat and other substances.
Breastidigitation (Prestidigitation) - Basically, Create Water except it’s milk. Might have other purposes, but that’s a rabbit hole I don’t wanna go down. (Note: I made this one forgetting that it was in the video… oh, well.)
Cue Wounds (Cure Wounds) - Within the next minute, by complete random chance, the target will be injured, the scale of the injuries depending on how high you roll: from a Nat 1 being a stubbed toe to a Nat 20 being, whilst not fatal, still severe injures: unless you cast it wanting it to go a certain way, in which a Nat 20 will be your exact intentions and a Nat 1 being vice-versa. Doesn’t work in battle or any other situation where the target is going to get inured within the next minute anyway.
Vicious Sockery (Vicious Mockery) - From the nearest area outside of anyone’s field of vision (like behind a tree or a corner) bursts a barrage of socks that bury the target. Deals no damage, just takes them off guard. The spell will fail if there are no such areas.
Druid Groove (Druid Grove) - “I’m Renata Bliss, and I’m your freestyle dance teacher.”

Vicious Sockery:Manifests a magical sock with which to beat a target with. Contents of sock are determined on a D100 roll, ranging from chunks of silver, to rocks, oranges, etc.
Pish:Learn if a target is being untruthful. If a lie is found out, target receives a 1D4 rounds disadvantage on all Charisma rolls and takes 4D10 Acid Damage.
