@S K brother i just expressed my view. I haven't done the above mentioned things. Don't communalize the matter. For the past 8 years i have been taking ayurveda medicine only and i know the advantages it has over all other medicines. I never said i am against yoga or ayurveda. I practice both.
@S K as far as i know Immunization describes the actual changes your body goes through after receiving a vaccine. So to have immunity against covid 19 you need vaccine for it. Its not been found till now.
I hope and pray that it is discovered as soon as possible.
