Your channel is what got me to love bass fishing and create so many memories. The Zara Spook became my favorite lure after watching you use it for years and just getting destroyed on top water. You taught me to fish and it helped me escape a very bad time in my parents divorce.

I went through a separation 3 years ago and haven't picked up a fishing rod ever since. Last night TH-cam randomly suggested your video back to me again. I have now made the decision to go crappie fishing next week. I still remeber when I discovered your channel to Jon b to peric and ending up to started Googan squad. I just want to say thank you for resparking my passion and all the videos that kept my bug fed when I'm not in the water. Wish you the very best and hopfully your channel will be active again Mike. I remember watching you when I was probably 4-5 on my dad’s phone. You were the first fishing TH-camr heck probably the first TH-camr in general I ever enjoyed. I remember me and my son fishing Wilde lake almost 10 years ago right behind you and lake centennial right after you fished a tourney there.. crazy how time flies. Yes the video you just showed lol.. that got me and my son hooked because we realized we fished there on vacation
