Your Stromboli recipe is a complete success at home, my kids love it. Yesterday I cooked this Pizza Babka thingie and we were amazed how far it tastes to Stromboli while they're sharing mostly 90% of the process. We accompanied it with your weekday sauce as well, it tastes incredible and we can't wait to use it with some spaghetti.
i do sth really similar, after rolling I tun into parts and put vertically into baking dish. Also inside I put onions, peppers, chorizo etc (whatever I have under my hand xD) really nice dish

Looks purty damn good! One suggestion I have is to mix 20% of the dough a day before and add it to the rest of the dough the next day. It adds so much flavor to the crust :)

He just does a terrible job at it. Make the strings longer if you have a fitting breadpan/whatever, make the rolls thight and DON'T use shredded cheese, that just makes a mess. Use sliced cheese.

Babka is one of the best things about living in Brooklyn tbh. I may have to venture out in the snow later to get the ingredients needed to make this
