Honestly some people see Toga as a yandere but she's actually the exact opposite of one. She's first introduced as a psychotic, cold-hearted school girl but as we get further into the series it reveals Toga as a kind-hearted, sweet girl. She's especially kind towards Twice. She may be obsessed with Izuku but she wouldn't harm people just to get with him. I love her and can't wait to learn more about her character.
