How does get the coil assembly back correctly in the right place and how does he get the screw back after they are rattling about caged in the front. ?
you use a tweezers li reposition the screws - very easy. re. coil assembly, you have to find the sweet spot; feed it very low audio and closely listen to any distortion.
i do not do any repairs unfortunately. you ll just have to find it using a lens.. sometimes it is not that straightforward.

Hello, i have these speakers and they are amazing! I already have to replace the tweeters, if it happens agains thanks to your video i will know what to do, i appreciate. Also i wonder if you recomend some kind of protector for them that don´t affect the sound quality. Greetings from Argentina!
They really are amazing! those beryllium mids and highs are the secret to super crisp audio! they are extremely fast-transient speakers, IIRC in the region of nearly 20dB per millisecond! I do not know of any protector that really works without affecting sound quality; maybe a fast blow fuse? the key to protect these (and many speakers) is NOT to drive the amplifier into clipping. Sound clipping is what kills them. Many times, it's better if you have a higher power amplifier as that will lessen the chance of clipping.
unless you are willing to replace the other tweeter as well. You see, NS1000 drivers were factory matched in pairs, so any tweeter/ midrange you'll need to replace will have to be replaced in pairs, if you want to stick to what Yamaha intended.
Glad to see someone finally post this . 👍👍

my tweeters measure open circuit but i can't find where the wire is broken. Any advice? can you repair mine?

Is the beryllium in that tweeter actually dangerous to your health when disturbed or is it the amount of beryllium is what causes the danger?
Yes beryllium is dangerous (carcinogenic) .. do not touch it. The worst part is when it breaks as it produces carcinogenic dust particles.
Broo your hand watch is so beautiful plz the name of this watch and price plz
Amazing work
Thank you!
Great job, not easy at all.
cheers buddy thanks!
you only have to be half a smidging out and the voice coil will rub.
yes. you have to be very precise. at times this requires you to install shims to get the coil in the perfect position
Спасибо
You're Welcome!

Надо сразу делать гибкие подводящие, моножила тут зло!
They are a pain for sure. the problem with flexible is that is usually too thick for such jobs!
@@cbusuttil Есть как очень тонкая нить, очень гипкие и хорошо подходят. Либо расплести на нити толстый образец. Тогда будет одинарная нить
