I’m going to call you Master of Finishes! You crushed it with each color/ wax combo on these items! And thanks to Marie Kondo for admitting the error of her ways . 😊
Love love LOVE everything, Heather! My fave is your last project, with the stucco. The white wax over it is divine! And the florals! I love the florals with it. Awesome projects today, as always. Thank you! (Ohhhh there's Henry crushing it again! And you too Heather!)
These are all nice. I really like the piece with the bird! You look so healthy and full of energy! Having a big project, like cleaning out a hoard, is good for the mind!
Amen to that, order to your ability on that particular day. No reason to loose your mind because you can't achieve the "magazine" look. The grey looks really pretty with the white wax. Nice projects.
I guess my favorite was the basket strictly because I love baskets but all projects were beautifully done. Another thing that hit me was about organization. Now that I am 65 no longer raising 3 children I can do that not so much when my children were little I did my best and that was with running around to hospitals with 2 boys terminal. So you do you also as far as your colors and tones do what you like. You are so good at what you do
I loved everything you did !! Henry is crushing getting Momma’s attention! Hi cutie pie! I guess I will be crushing moving some things into storage until I can sort, donate, diy!!!
I love that rough free vase with the white wax and I love that you're doing the IOD stuff because I bought it all too and you're giving me great ideas on all your videos, TY!!!
OMGoshhhhh! I loved the three gold frames and the apothecary color with white wax was bee U T ful!!!! I loved the lavender one also and the rub on transfers you use I am ordering. Thank you so much. You are refreshing crafter!!!
Love all the makeovers my favorite was the pumpkin basket and little free thing that you got with gray and white so cute they all turned out really good I'm generally not a gray type of person I'm more of a white accent type of person my walls are gray but I like white and dark walnut colors but I really like all the things that you did today they're really cute thank you so much for sharing and for the great ideas
These ALL turned out beautifully! I am loving the prairie grey. The white wax on the last one really makes the vase! I now have to go to HL to find those flowers. The dusty purple is gorgeous. 😍
All 3 pitchers look great and the florals kicked them up a level. The pumpkin basket looks so much better! I really like the p. grey with the white wax. I'm not sure about the little bird topped vase. It looks a little muddy to me, but if you like that is what matters💕
Hi Heather! You're right; the grey pitchers are a great color foil to thistles or pastel cattails. I love lilacs -- the color and the bloom -- but I'm allergic to them!
Personally, I like white wax better than dark wax. Although I do use dark wax from time to time. All your projects are beautiful. The florals you chose are wonderful. My favorite project was the tall container with the bird on it.
I love your style! My booth is doing well so far. We will see if it continues 😊 Thanks for sharing all of your tips and tricks! And yes I’m crushing it!
Girl, you NAILED IT!!! I love all of them. I especially liked the stucco pot. I have a "serenity" room w/lots of plants & it would be lovely in there! 😊
Love your content. I agree about a little paint changing the look of something, usually for the better. I can say that I am NOT a fan of creators using black on everything, especially when they paint bird and other animal figurines. Looks so tacky. Anyways, I got so excited to see that you used white wax on the last project. Great choice. The dark wax looked good on the pitchers.
If low-lying depression was a color, it would be Prairie Gray. The Prairie Gray, ok in small doses. Best use of it was the multi colored basket, only bc it was used as an accent; and I would have put white wax on it to brighten it up. Grungy, old, dirty looking pieces not my thing-only an occasional piece I’ll make like that. I want my home looking bright, pleasant and fresh looking even if I make it look vintage. 😊 Ps-“Crushing it” for me is kinda cringey…I’d say more mastering it. That’s me. And I’m mastering my organization of my home after being sick for about a year with multiple surgeries so there’s a lot of places to get myself motivated to tackle and accomplish!😊
Well I can see what you would want brighter colors in your life after being sick for a year! My life is constant these days with the kids etc that I prefer calmer colors these days. Glad you are tackling your home!
I love your videos, I've learned a lot from you but I can't believe you painted that colorful basket. Maybe the people were saying what a cool basket because of the colors? You still made it look beautiful but I loved the colors 😏
Thank you so much for your kind feedback!! Proof that people can have different tastes and still be kind about it. I don’t know why I want to tone everything down these days…but I appreciate that you are still here! 🥰
I’m discouraged and having trouble getting motivated. I just barely made rent this time. ☹️ I’m going back to my booth to work on it some more and bring home a chair and a side table to paint. That should open up my booth a little and give me more room in there, because I have it crammed full right now. I have some decorations to hang up for Valentine’s Day too. I’m always a day late and a dollar short it seems. But maybe someone will buy some of my gifts I fixed up. Much thanks to you for all your ideas. I love your style.
Sometimes taking things out can really cozy up the space! Great job for not giving up and for trying something different. It’s such a learning process!
I applied order to some of my thrifted finds. I donated six boxes full of goodies to Goodwill. I felt so good letting go of things. Next, order needs to be done in the attic. ❤ Keep being you and doing you. Loved all of your makeovers.
Gray with lavenders or soft pinks is a great combination. I probably wouldn't have done the dark wax for myself, but it does look good with the dark wax & looks great with the right pieces. My go-to neutral seems to be what I call greige. More of a beige with a gray undertone. I have been in a place of trying to organize my entire home too and there is just so much to do that it can feel daunting, but I'm chiseling away at it as I have time and motivation. Even if it's just little bits here and there, on the less than energetic days. Some progress is better than no progress!
Heather, you had some great items to work with this week. I love them all, especially the basket. How do you charge for the greenery in your items? Separately or added into the price of the item.
Thank you! Sometimes I include the greenery and sometimes I price them separately! It just depends on the piece and if I think someone just needs ideas (price separately) or I picked the best option and then I price as one item.
I am crushing it at Angry Mama's Antiques and Interiors. That doesn't mean I'm selling a lot, but I like the way my booth looks. 😄
You sure are friend! It’s always good to be proud of your space and have fun!!
I love the neutral gray with pops of spring! ❤ they’re all beautiful 😊
Thank you!
I’m going to call you Master of Finishes! You crushed it with each color/ wax combo on these items! And thanks to Marie Kondo for admitting the error of her ways . 😊
“Master of finishes”…I like that! I really do appreciate Marie Kondo going on the record with her new perspective. She didn’t have to do that!
Loved that little furry dog most of all.
Henry's the best isn't he?!?
Love love LOVE everything, Heather! My fave is your last project, with the stucco. The white wax over it is divine! And the florals! I love the florals with it. Awesome projects today, as always. Thank you! (Ohhhh there's Henry crushing it again! And you too Heather!)

What a sweet thing to say! I guess working through my hoard to good for my mood! 😜

The basket was my favorite! Thank you for sharing and for all the inspiration! I love Prairie Gray!! One of my favorite neutrals by DIY!
Thank you for being here!
All of the projects were great, but I loved the pot with the white wax! And those flowers are gorgeous!
Thank you so much! ❤️
You knocked it out of the park again. Beautiful. Loving the gray.
Thank you so much!
I loved all the projects, and especially the color you used! It's also more my style than white everything. Beautifully done! You rocked this! 😉
Thank you so much!
Love, love the tall birdies! Basket idea is great! Thanks, I'm so glad I discovered you today! 😊
Welcome!! I am so glad you are here!! 🥰
Loved the white wax over that dark grey. Liked the others too. Great transformations.
Thanks so much!
Love the tall vessel with the bird. Whoever buys these items from your booth can put stencils or stamps or even a transfer on if they want.😅🎉❤
I totally agree! 🥰. Although that tall vessel with the bird never made it to my booth…it’s on my mantle! 😜
Amen to that, order to your ability on that particular day. No reason to loose your mind because you can't achieve the "magazine" look. The grey looks really pretty with the white wax. Nice projects.
Thank you so much!

Did you just say you had to run around to hospitals with two of your boys terminal? I am so sorry!!! ❤️
I love it. It’s a very elegant color on warm cozy pieces
Thank you!!
I love the flower pot that looks like it has stucco on it. The white wax makes it look really nice.
Thank you!
I loved everything you did !! Henry is crushing getting Momma’s attention! Hi cutie pie!
I guess I will be crushing moving some things into storage until I can sort, donate, diy!!!
Thank you! Good luck with your sorting!!
GREAT MIXTURE of COLORS with PAINT and FLOWERS...

I love that rough free vase with the white wax and I love that you're doing the IOD stuff because I bought it all too and you're giving me great ideas on all your videos, TY!!!
I’m so glad you are getting ideas!!
WOW!! Every piece turned out so beautiful! The 1st pitcher was my favorite!
Thank you! 😊
OMGoshhhhh! I loved the three gold frames and the apothecary color with white wax was bee U T ful!!!! I loved the lavender one also and the rub on transfers you use I am ordering. Thank you so much. You are refreshing crafter!!!
What a sweet thing to say! 🥰
All the projects turned out beautifully.

I love the basket! I have some prairie grey I've never used. You have encouraged me to pop it open and use it.
You should! I’m so glad you are going to try it!
I love what white wax does to most colors. Nice projects. I have a hard time getting things done if my space is messy.
You and me both!
The white wax really shows the texture. It looks way better.
Thank you!

Hi Heather! You're right; the grey pitchers are a great color foil to thistles or pastel cattails. I love lilacs -- the color and the bloom -- but I'm allergic to them!
Well good looking fake lilacs seem to be a great fit for you!
I’m a huge fan of white wax, especially for spring.
You really can’t go wrong with white wax that’s for sure!
I really like the Prairie Gray with the white wax!

After a dreary dark winter I always think of gray and black for spring😥.
I find it to be a good transition to ease into spring!
I love your fur baby!❤️
Me too! Henry’s the best!

Beautiful work
Thank you!
Great job on all!

Great projects. My house looks like a disaster every night!
Reality with three kiddos, right!?!
Thank you 🙏
Well thank you for being here!
I am with you on the Prairie Grey! Love it! What brand of paint is it?
It is the DIY Paint brand. There are different retailers throughout the country that sell in each local space. Some sell online too!
I would hang beads from the birds tail
Good suggestion!
Glad to see you’re not painting everything white.
It’s nice to get some color in there even if it’s a neutral!
Your ideas are great but the grey for spring at this time of year is not my favourite
Thank you for your feedback!
Too much prairie gray paint.
Thank you for the feedback!
Everything was so dull and no life.
I appreciate your feedback
I would hang beads from the birds tail
❤️
