      Hey thank you so much!
Should be "Heavenly" by Phil Rey feat. Felicia Farerre.
At least this is what the detection app at my smartphone tells me.. :D

    Thanks for sharing!
Looks like the climbing is not protected, is there fixed bolts from time to time or only natural gear?
How exposed did you find it?

Hey, hm depends on what is common to you. Compared to other high mountains there are lots of bolts. Every difficult pitch got at least one bolt. We did not use any cams/friends over the whole climb. To us it was really exposed - every retreat takes a few hours to be back on safe ground. Conditions have definetly to be good. Best Regards! :)

Great video! I am planning to climb DB in September with a friend + GUIDE.
I was wondering you can give me some insights about feasibility.
    My previous experience:
    - Mont Blanc (gouter route with guide) 2019
    - Grossglockner (normal route with guide) 2020
    - Zugspitze (höllental route without guide) 2020
    - By the end of June I will also have my certificate of lead climbing.
At the moment I am able to lead climb up to grade 4, some grade 5 routes (but grade 5 - still feeling more comfortable top rope)
Do you think it's feasible with my previous experience?
    Physically I'm ready :)
    Thanks!

Hey thanks for your comment :)
That's pretty much the same way I started mountaineering. First Großglockner guided and afterwards Mont Blanc unguided.
To be honest i would not recommend you to continue with Dent Blanche. Not because of hard climbing difficulty, more because of the length of the ridge, the altitude level and the need to downclimb many parts of the ridge on the way back. At higher mountains the level of your technical climbing skills is more unnecessary than you're ability to climb fast and free. But a guide might get a better view on what you're able to achieve. Best would be to ask the guide you wanna go with and tell them what you did so far. :)
Hope i could help you, all the best for your future climbs! :)

Are you member in an alpine club like DAV/SAC/FFCAM ..? Theese are offering training courses especially in alpine climbing. Even if you go with a guide, i would recomend you to get such kind of training. So you'll gain first expirience and knowledge in alpine climbing that will allow you to do some easy (much more easy than DB) climbing routes UIAA 3-4. You can compare the length of DB South ridge with your training climbs later to get a sense of your speed/endurance in relation to the climbs length and level. Also take account the altitude, but that should be nothing new for you after climbing Mont Blanc. If you feel fit to climb DB then I would nevertheless recommend to do this with a guide. By the way also guides are offering training courses for a week or so, just more expensive ;)

@@pazzGPS Thanks for the info! We will be doing this with an IFMGA. First we had 1 guide for the both of us, but we decided that we will each have our own guide for summit day :) The program is 4 days with the first 2 days acclimatisation and training. That way my guide can also see if I'm ready for it! In case I'm not ready for DB, I can do it next year. The mountains will not run away :)

@@gregorhofmann7535 Hi Gregor, I'm not a member of an alpine club. My guide already told me there should be no problem regarding the altitude. I am now working on my endurance, I will run the 32km Matterhorn Ultraks trail in August. The good thing is that our program is 4 days. Depending on those days he will see if I'm ready for it :)

@@daska1477 That might be a good decision. Taking big risks is absolutely not worth it. Had to learn this lesson over the past years as well.. Enjoy your time and stay safe!

Unfortunaly i lost all my data due to a problem with my laptop :/ but taking the right way is definetly no big deal at Dent Blanche, you just need to follow the ridge/bolts :)
