This looks like a really good EDC flashlight. It’s powerful for such a compact size. I also like the fact that it has an integrated battery as well as a space for a AAA battery and then switches automatically when your battery dies. It’s always good to have a backup.

What would be extra cool on this flashlight if they had a magnet on the opposite side of the triple LEDs so you could pop it on the hood of your car if you had to work on it.
I was thinking the same thing! That's what it's missing, is a magnet! Other than that, it's a great light.

I LOVE this light and it’s counterpart the E5. Well designed, reliable, original, efficient, and just overall cool! I never use the clips since I do not like the way they snap on, it never seems to perfectly fit even though it holds tight. Just me being picky. I just use the key ring and some paracord to wear as a necklace. This is especially handy for the E5 since it’s auxiliary lights are on the face and not the side like the E8. Great products.

I'm definitely more into knives but I do always carry a flashlight. I do like the one and I'm thinking Christmas gifts??? I think if your going to do a torch video I would like to see some pitchforks as well. I mean they do go together right?

Never mind all the other stuff. What I was interested in was that silver flashlight on the left of the comb. What kind of flashlight is that because I tried to find it and I’m having a lot of trouble? It looked like a Prometheus designs. Beta QR but different. 🤔
That is a CRKT keychain bit driver I got on Amazon. I'm pretty sure it does glow, but I didn't check. It's on my wife's keychain, or I would check lol.

Great review! I have the smaller E8 keychain version, and it's amazing, has UV and red along with white side lights. This one's on my Christmas wish list, haha. The fact that it can use two different power sources alone is awesome.

As far as small, compact and powerful flashlights go, I've never carried anything better than the Olight Baton 3. Ultra light and compact, recharges with a magnetic charger so there's no port to foul, lasts a long time off a charge and it's super bright for its size. And they're not crazy expensive at all. Carries extremely well too.
I do love my Olight Baton 3! It is so awesome that there are so many cool flashlights out there. I would have never dreamed of all of these when I was a kid. My Grandpa would have loved to have these modern flashlights up at the farm!

I always have at least 1 flashlight with me al the time. some people don't see a reason to have a light in the day time, but sometimes you need to see into a dark area, and modern edc lights are so small, and efficient, why would you walk around with out one?
It’s amazing just how much use you can get once you start carrying a small torch. I’d be lost without mine now. Needed it for work cuz I work the night shift and once I got used to carrying one I was shocked at how often I found myself switching it on and using it. Plus I’m pretty much a nightbird as it is so I even use it at home now. It’s my edc right along with my knife

Get directions for Clear since he has a mind of its own if I press one button. It goes into a little light I press it again low light turns off. I double click it and now I can cycle through Aloha interval. Then the side light when I press that button I get bright light then when I press the third time it goes back to low I have to hold it for it to turn off same with the first button you have to hold it or turn off then if I double click the side one I get a flashing red light then I click it again I get a steady red light then I click it again I got a stroke then I plug it again how the hell do I get to UV how does UV work you know it's very clear how to use this thing cuz it's not based off the directions like the videos like yours have it turns into a mind of its own it runs how it wants to run and that's how I see it runs right now so I don't think these directions are right you must have changed

This rovyvon flashlights are useless. They cost so much and you get nothing. What's not shown in the vid: with the external battery it's dark as shit...
And even with the 500lm it's not great for this big flashlight.
Also the battery life is not great.
A tunenge flashlight cost 1/4 of the price, is brighter, battery lasts longer and the flashlight is smaller and works better
