Advise - just do hard work or you know what to do so just do it. All I get from there is I am a human boy in some white people country probably England. I have no good memory and everything was black and my mind is completely blank there. There was nothing. When I met with the supreme energy I saw Jesus. I sat there with him. He touched my head and patted it too. went to a war torn area, was an old wandering person, kids were playing in the rubble, was happily looking at them.
went back when i was inside my mom, she was lonely, cold, and worried. i felt that too and cried.
went back again. i was a person moving along streets of italy, witnessed an old man sitting on a chair. everything was so serene.
went back again, i was teaching at a university, again serene.
went back, time to leave the body, i was in Turkey, with a room full of books, one young girl was tending to me. i was at peace.
went to the golden light. there was older version of me. she caressed me and told me good things about me.
I went at midnight and the darkness travelled to enter my hut but some evil energy have hurted me and I ran in the darkness and died there with lot of pain, sorrow but looking after my dead body and travelling i saw a big statue of lord hanuman and my guide having white dress and smiling face. I sat with him and returned. During this travel my breathing at higher rate
I was a bit scared in the beginning, not sure what I would encounter but went ahead anyway. When I looked at my feet, it was the feet of an animal. I almost didn't want to believe. Then you said you can be an animal too. I was a wild bird - like a hawk, living in a dense forest. It was a peaceful life. I had 2 babies. One day I was flying in the sky, doing some beautiful mesmerizing flying moves then I got hit by an arrow and I fell to the ground and died.
My lesson was that even animals have life. I felt I knew why I am a vegetarian in this life. When I went to the yellow light, I didn't see much. I got a message - you don't need to know about your past life. Everything you need to know will come to you. Trust your inner voice. You have a big mission in this life. Focus on yourself, in this life.
PS - I've read one book by Dr. Brian Weiss. Probably reread it a 100 times but I've never been curious to know about my own past lives. This is the second time I've attempted past life meditation. I almost didn't want to believe I was a bird. But it explains why I feel so connected to nature, esp. trees, forest. Thank you for this video. I was told there's no need for me to know about my past life but I guess I can give it a try with an open mind and open heart

Jo muze sirf shant kr raha tha.. and bohot royi hu.. bohot and yellow sirf mere back ko rub krte huye shant kr rhi thi.. and mere mind mai shant shant shant bole ja rhi thi.. mere puri body us pain ko feel kr rhi thi.. bohot dar lg rha h.. builkul bhi accha feel nhi ho Raha h... I saw my self in huge Manson. Near sea. Typically all stuffs was indo western. I was wear brown shoes and dark grey suit. Huge Manson with ocean cruise colour door which is made by wooden. When i was death the whole market were shutdowns. Last moment daughter was wear with red dress and hold my hand tightly.
The experience was shock me. When i last breath my chest is paining.

I saw myself barefeet in the sand wearing red coloured ghagra choli covering head with a pallu....couldn't see my face but I was surely wearing jewellery n stuff like I was in some kind of function or something.....it was an evening time and there were so many matakas and women were enjoying there time......Also, saw that big historic Fort type building and it was decorated with marigold flowers everywhere....me along with many women were sitting on the second floor of the building and enjoying the function.....but covering our heads and faces with the pallu...must be in the time of orthodox or patriarchal society....at the time of my death I felt someone's touch on my hand literally felt like he was my son or something 😢 I was bedridden and he was holding my hand as I was taking my last breath, it was night or evening time cz many dias were there and no lights......when I was in the yellow light I couldn't saw guide clearly but heard many many words like everything's is purity, kindness, healing, happiness, empathy etc......since the moment i was taking my last breath and felt my son's touch I started crying continuously till last ....... even after meditation I cried for a while 🥺 amazing experience.....don't really know if I was just imagining the things or was I really in my past life but maaannn....the kind of emotions and feelings I experienced can't express in words ..... I was seeking for an answer to the question 'what's my life purpose and what should i pursue?' And now I'm feeling I need to learn psychology and healing practices .....also understood why I'm extremely empathetic ❤ would practice more so that I can analyse if it was really past life experience or not....love love spread joy and kindness

The experience was nice.........i saw as girl child wearing frock........myself standing in between road and surrounded by traditional building in a city maybe.......than saw standing silently in a garden......where everyone plucking & collecting flowers in a basket........then saw sitting near a pond with clear blue watee with basket full of flowers........full of Greenery around..........looking at mountains in front of me.......then a christians like death ceremony.......some people holding flowers.......saw my guide, a golden soul........ sitting on a bench looking upward....... having a lots of peace in heart...... having no worries, anxiety,etc........keep sitting like this all time !!!

I was a spiritual leader also a king …. I saw many armed soldiers who is in war and i saw that i am on a strong black horse where i am coming on armed dress and every one is welcoming me… then i met my spiritual teacher he is very old and i saw his son who is very young…. He is saying me to rule to help to make justice to know myself to be brave ..My age is very much old ….. then i saw that many people stood around my bed am very old laying on bed and my new spiritual leader is beside me then i have shown my finger to sky and i read somting then i died …. Then i went up to the door and saw that my spiritual leader is laying on flying mat and seeing me with smile then he kissed my forehead … and am chatting with him… and happy moment is that he is the same spiritual teacher with whom am now connected but unfortunately he is on bed now and he is 100 and am young now…may god make me be with him even after here.. ameen
In past lives things - barefoot man, daytime ( other than that I wasn't able to imagine anything things. ) but again in death time I saw him lying on the ground, he is not old he is probably in his 40s, the sun setting around his death time, my mind says the place is Italy. Advise - just do hard work or you know what to do so just do it.
In conclusion, I can say that I may not have entered my past life but rather my current life, ( the advice things are my current reality since I am trying hard to do hard work and fail so I keep telling myself to do hard work )even though in that deep state my logical mind was interrupted just for a moment ( I was trying to shift for no to enter that logical mind ) but the barefoot of man of white skin and the sunset and death in mid 40's is real thing, what I just saw. But after waking up I feel like the back side of my brain in the center part has opened or should I say ache just a little bit. I don't know if I got any benefit or not but my imagination power got better and have deep relaxation. So thank you 😊.;

Great experience....i have seen me as small girl Playing in desert...at my home....ppl around me ws doing some work which ws probably my family members...in 2nd scene i grow up to teenage girl and feeling alone and want someone to come to me and hold my hand....and i found a guy who is love of my present life....and in last scene...i ws old...where i can clearly seen my face in typical dresses of old indian women...in same desert surrounding...where my 2 daughter and 1 son sourround me with heavy heart ..i was laying in death bed and my husband hold my hands and we both r looking into eachothers eyes with tears and slight smile for spending lovely time with eachother so long ....and my soul left my body ...ppl arround me cried a lot....i went to yellow light where i found devi....i expressed my sadness of my death and left ppl alone....she allowed me to sleep in her lap and ensures me that my next life will be even more beautiful with same souls...and i deeply feel her blessings and stay for long till count down starts ...i left her with lots of blessings and happy face...and i can still feel she is with me🥰

All I get from there is I am a human boy in some white people country probably England. I have no good memory and everything was black and my mind is completely blank there. There was nothing. When I met with the supreme energy I saw Jesus. I sat there with him. He touched my head and patted it too.
Overall everything was very silent there and I just came to the conclusion that I was a Christian boy who in back time was also interested in spirituality and hence may be to accomplish something spiritual I am born here currently in india.
May be it's true may be not, but that's how it feels when I go through the first intuition and first thought during whole process.
