- After the Philippine cabinet and high-Rank Military officials exposed the dirty tactics of Chinese propaganda. The Philippines' national security adviser called for Chinese diplomats to be expelled over an alleged leak of a phone conversation with a Filipino admiral, with a malign intention for misinformation, in a significant escalation of a bitter row over the South China Sea. The alleged audio Leak was unverified, and China has no proof of the actual conversation to support its previous statement.
China's embassy in Manila had orchestrated repeated acts of engaging and dissemination of disinformation, misinformation, and Malign formation. With the objective of sowing discord, division, and disunity among Filipinos. The action of the Chinese Diplomat should not be allowed to pass unsanctioned without serious penalty.
According to the unverified news report, of an alleged leak of a call between a Chinese diplomat and a Filipino admiral, whom without authority to confirm or approve, on matters related to a dispute over the South China Sea, which carried a transcript that China wants to portray, that the admiral agreeing to concessions with China. However, China's statement has no proof to support the actual existence of the conversation.
According to the unverified transcript published by the Manila Times, the admiral agreed to China's proposal of a new model, where the Philippines would use fewer vessels, in resupply trips to marines stationed at a grounded warship at the disputed Second Thomas Shoal, and notify Beijing about the missions in advance. With the Sanity of the Philippine Government, it is impossible for its official to agree of the conditions laid by China. Knowing that the Philippines has full rights and authority over its sovereign waters, supported by the 1982 Unclos and solidify by the 2016 arbitral ruling.

The row over the alleged new model of gentleman's agreement between China and Philippines illustrates two characteristics of how Beijing do business, first it prefers secret agreements with someone not in authority. And second, China cares nothing about the domestic law in that country.

Manila expelling diplomats should be part of the Philippines' diplomatic tool kit, while Chinese embassy officials, had shown they did not value their working relationships with Filipino counterparts. Diplomacy is based on trust, yet China is trying to make it look like all meetings, between its diplomats and Philippine government representatives, are negotiations with binding results. It has no right to make demands on the Philippines on how the latter manages areas over which it has sovereign rights.
Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro said he does not want to dignify China’s barking about the purported new model on Second Thomas Shoal situation. However, if the Chinese embassy’s claim of holding audio regardless of the content, violated the country’s wiretapping law and it is punishable, within the Philippines jurisdiction. The Republic Act 4-2-0-0, prohibits recording any private conversation without the consent of all parties.
China’s embassy claims are moot, echoing the Department of Foreign Affairs’ pronouncement that only the country’s president can authorize agreements entered into by the Philippine government, on matters pertaining to the West Philippine Sea.

First Philippines challenged there's no evidence but when evidence is presented, more excuses used to wrangle out of embarrassment. Turning embarrassment into anger, Philippines try to act righteous by threatening cutting diplomatic protocols.
So what was the evidence? the transcript? do you know what a transcript is? if their was a recording why not released to proved their story if any?
In your country is admiral is authorised to negotiate such very important matters? While the nations law only the president authority can do so.. I can't believe they allowed (ccp) to take that agreement if it is true.
