The strategy...
-Bullseye inflicts critical hits when an opponent is bleed immune, and shrugs debuffs like stun.
-Storm has class advantage over Skill champs, and IMO, is THE BEST counter to them. When Skill champs shrug stun debuff, she inflicts another "un-shrugable" one.
Here she has Horseman of Apocalypse synergy. This synergy makes her bleed immune. I wanted to see how it would work out against Bullseye, who some have already called a pain in the ass defender. And since Storm is bleed immune, she gains prowess (increases special attack damage) from landing and receiving critical hits.
