I love his comprehensive comprehension! His care for building soil and giving all animals dignity. And that he says building the team takes as much thought as all the other factors of running a farm.

I wish some of Joel Salatin’s interns would come to NE MO. We need good folks to take hold of the next era of farming/ranching. I love our farmers, but nobody lives forever. Certain Amish are acquiring much of the land, which isn’t great, sadly. Hoping that changes for the better too. Education+someone who will listen and apply that education is so needed.

The Fact that Joel isn’t the Head of USDA should tell you that People do not matter in America. Only Foreign money does. And when you see those corn and bean farms, they aren’t just for Feed. They make Candy Bars too.
