I've always had terrible social anxiety to the point were it ruined my life, I don't feel free or happy. I remember always praying to God asking him to give me strength and to remove my anxiety but I've never felt it go away. Please I'm scared god, I have so much unease in me in everything I do. I really do believe in God but everytime I tell myself, God is with me I just still feel this overwhelming anxiety.
I wound up on this video today because I'm looking for a lot of the same answers. Honestly I have so much anxiety I worry even commenting to people incase I say the wrong thing. This video by Sr. Miriam James Heidland has been very helpful so I wanted to share it with you. God bless.

Thank you so much Sr. Mare Therese. I've had anxiety all my life. Thanks for becoming a nun too! We don't know what we had til we loose it. In Ireland the nuns took care of everyone, then they were demonised and lied about by the secular press. Pease pray for us in Ireland...we have fallen very hard!

I have had anxiety all my life and it finally caught up with me 8 years ago when I had a heart attack at 44. Had to completely change my thought process and had to accept the fact I needed medication for my anxiety. Most of all I knew I needed to improve my prayer life and my relationship with God

I just feel so lonley with anxiety, licke so so lonley. And it feels licke God condems me because of my anxiety. And i feel licke if others knew, they would do the same.and i cant i cant go on with it anymore im so exhausted and tired and i just God would tacke it away. Hi, anxiety is indeed a very difficult burden, and an isolating one at that. It does feel very lonely and sometimes it can feel too overwhelming and the desire to just end it all can seem like the only remedy. Just want to let you know that there are people who do care and are willing to support you through dark times. Is there anyone you trust and can talk to about your anxiety? A family member, perhaps? Or a close friend?

Sister and everyone that is in this site. Please pls pls pray for my daughter Michelle. She has been chronically ill, wheelchair bound for 33yrs and now has a right arm rotator cuff tear 😢. She is in so much pain. I have developed depression, anxiety, overwhelmnes, insomnia by seeing her suffer so much. We will also be praying 🙏 for all of you. What the Lord loves that's not religious is that kind of human Emotion that is of a Pure nature. Which can be channeled into telling a Story to others (Buddhism) or to manufacturing things, or towards studying. The Lord loves Purity.

I’ve suffered my whole life! I’ve been on multiple medication’s and nothing seems to work long-term. The only thing that will heal this horrible affliction is a deep connection with God and angels; faith in God and the healing powers of true miracles! It’s truly the only way… Radical surrender and 🙏 PRAYER

Please pray for me as I'm seeking a job at a crisis stabilization center. It seems like the way God is leading me, but I don't know. I have a long history of mental illness and trauma myself and am afraid I might not be able to handle it.

I can't say I judge other people, that he is a devil or a devil, but if everything involves God in prayer then the good and bad of other people God already knows and that's all God knows, I have never lied and deceived God, I have never been like other people hypocrite but I just say the truth as it is, if I or you are wrong to lie and deceive God then between you and I will surely be wretched, if I involve God then I do the right thing, if I lie then I better not involve God because every act of bad planning and intention by presenting God is the same as if you swore to God, then you will surely be harmed or die, don't judge other people's feelings, but see how their actions are right before God. if I judge others then who will judge me, don't be afraid everything has been arranged by God. ✝️❤️🕊️🙏

Sr marie therese do you really love me & care about my poor deaf human life? Will you be caring to promise me a miracle of one thousand dollars a week for life to me? No excuses please.sympathy & compassion a must.deaf usa asking for help.

Our culture has become so sick, sometimes I wish we could just take our children and make little catholic towns in the woods and mountains without all the poison the world feeds to its children. They would certainly be healthier and happier. Please pray for children. They shouldn’t have to suffer despair.

History hasn't disappeared inno, neither have the effects of yesterday. A lighteirufht example is Biden was elected and he is still in office. That history of him being elected is significant today bc he is still in office and tells where it had come from.
Israel is just part of the timeline that Christ came from. There is a bigger picture, which involves us all today. Christ did not just come for one set of people and time and place. He’s here for all.
