Actually, golden soldier can be useful in events, which was proven by Lunar Overtune there you could triumph night 3 with just golden soldier at some point. I know it really depends but still it's somewhat cool usage for him.

My opinion: G pyro isn’t that good. In fallen mode, Early game: Nope, bring something else. Mid game: Nope, bring something else. Late game: Insane DPS, yes, but it can’t even kill the enemies, so it’d be better to bring something else for DPS. Also, defense melting isn’t even that good. 100% defense is only 50% damage reduction. 50% defense is only 33% damage reduction. So g pyromancer only makes towers deal 17% more DPS, ASSUMING every enemy has 100% defense in the first place.
@ In my opinion, g pyromancer should just be given 80% defense melting. So if an enemy has 100% defense, that defense would become 20% defense, and 20% defense is 17% damage reduction, meaning 33% more damage will be dealt against 100% defensed enemies. Plus, it’ll make it so only 2 towers are required to completely get rid of defense, which seems pretty balanced.
G cowboy is really expensive for an eco tower so I'd pick normal version because its so much cheaper making you be able to focus on main dps and eco tower but g cowboy is just too expensive making that most of the time you would only get level 4. Ik some people would not agree but this is just my opinion
No, g soldiers still doing more damage but the burst mechanic doesnt let do the same DPS Buff, because the tower for shoting faster he need to wait before shoting another burst again faster,because the firerate Buff affect the speed of the firerate but doesnt reduce the time between burst
