In all 4th gen and prior games there is ambient noise in the Cave areas that it's found in, it does make it sound really unsettling, it's not as good in Rise though.

This game has alot of great themes that i only can single out the "ehh" ones..... I don't like the flooded forset's theme and the citadel them is great but could've been way better still a jam though, also the arena and apex themes are so ignored by everyone like wtf, and this game has one of the best portrayald of proof of a hero and idk but i think that both of elgado's themes....are my favorite village themes like ever....well idk seliana still exists, only complaint is that there was a lot of outrage against vocals in the fighting themes because people only like them when it's used for very specific and powerful monsters, so thatsy why they were removed in sunbreak or maybe it's just the setting which idk since elgado and the citadel are such European areas so it wouldn't make sense at least for me (i know that the rise vocals are more japanese but you get my point) but i kinda was disappointed when themes like shagaru and astalos didn't have vocals in them instead just being covers with added segments, anyways.....MALZENO AND GAISMAGORM OMG.... though i fell like they really shouldve game gaismagorm a second phase rage theme since this game really doesn't have second phase theme outside of maybe 4 (violet mizu changing the arena's theme, maybe you could count all mother narwa when fighting ibushi first but idk, amatsu which is just a port of the previous themes and that's it i think....well technically the rampage has a after hitting the gong theme and a apex theme but idk) THE MAP THEMES JUST SLAP ESPECIALLY THE RISE ONE LIKE WTF, THE SANDY PLAINS THEME REALLY USES THE EASTERN INFLUENCE IN A GOOD WAY INSTEAD OF STICKING TO YOUR USUAL ARAB SAHARA MUSIC LIKE WTF, anyways my only complaint is that this game doesn't give non flagship/final boss monsters their own themes which is disappointing, like invading species always got their own themes in past games hut rise just doesn't make the invasive species well..... invasive, other than that it would've been cool if goss and almudron and lunagaron had their own themes though like wtf, teostra's theme has the best rendition ever not just the vocals but also the instruments like th world theme is good but it falls even short against the og and rise one, also also.....i don't care what anyone says about bazelguese but rise really fixes his theme with the vocals like the world version really kinda lacked that "omph" if you know what i mean
All the serpent elders in rise (ibushi, narwa, and all mother) are the perfect example of a lame and dull fight yet having absolutely tear jerking music.
@@reecetruesdale1855 my main issue with them is they don't come off as threatening to me lore wise. They don't give off the same vibe as xeno or shara did. Giasmagorm was a MUCH more threatening encounter and possible risk with his presence than ibushi or narwa ever were to me. I get that some people like them and that's totally cool, but for me personally, they were really lack luster.
Locale themes got an upgrade but what did they do to nargacuga and Rajang bro, y'all didn't need to add in some voices for those. They out here tryna give every flagship monster an orchestra. 😭

It’s a shame people complained about the vocals, they put the remixes in a class of their own and were quite varied in what kinds of vocals were used.
