I often find while transitioning from one position to another, those in-between positions you must contort your body into temporarily in order to transition from one position to another, are very pretty in-and-of themselves if you were to freeze and spin with them! and since they can be all kinds of crazy shapes, there is most likely no name for them, so its a great opportunity to 'discover' a new pole move that you get to name!

If you try to bring your knee closer to
your chest before your Allegra it will hopefully hook back on better after 😀
