Thanks for this informative video 🎉 Sir please explain, multiple images upload using subgrid. For example ,one company Form should have subgrid. In subgrid we can enter person Id no,followed by Employee Image and all degrees of person. There can be many employees associated with that Employee Form.
Hi, I really hope you answer. I am trying to do exactly what you are demonstrating. I am working in a trial environment. On your table button you have a dropdown and I don't. It doesn't give me the option "New Table from External Data", you talk about it at 1:25 in your video. Do you know how I can 'turn on' that feature?
Hey Cora, In case the option is not visible to you, then you need to go in to power platform admin centre and navigate to the environment and under settings there will be a feature ro enable monthly release channel. So that you get updates more frequently. Also power packages feature must be updated with the latest version for this option to appear. Thanks.
Thank you for the video. Could you please reply for this comment on how to insert attachment to the relevant record. For example, in the form we enable attachments and once we upload and submit, it get attached to the relevant list item. And this attachment can be accessed via sharepoint list also
Hello David, the functionality you requested is not available out of the box. You need to create a custom solution with Power automate to automate the insertion of attachments in to Sharepoint list. There are actions available in Power automate. Also, just an advise please refrain from using Sharepoint list attachments as it is not managed and has severe limitations in terms of data management. If possible use SharePoint document library or store documents in Notes table. Thanks.
