Sir i am GEM converted IIM Kashipur, but my current employer TCS not agreeing for any early release options. discussed with them on buyout, earned leave adjustment and LWP, they are looking for 3 months noticed period which they are not ready to negotiate. In case i drop TCS, i would get only bonafide letter which IIM Kashipur is fine to accept, but i am not sure on the importance of experience letter in future while attending placements or other things, please give your guidance. I am asked to report to IIM Kashipur campus on 21st June
you can always justify in future that its TCS policy so you dont have relieving letter. To prove work ex- your joining letter and salary slips should suffice
Before joining any school google past alumni, connect with them on linkedin and take heir feedback about the process and placement scenario of the course . They will give you the reality. best of luck
