the next time you put an airplane up for sale make a manual, nobody deserves to be watching videos on youtubers who also don't know anything about airplanes to fly. two hours wasted flying that plane that we don't know how to operate due to the laziness of someone who didn't want to make a manual.
You are too fast for a non-english ! It's just a shame to sale an "expert serie" aircraft witout a manual or POH ! Have you see a real pilot owning an airliner witout reading the POH ?

I like the ATR but having issues with the programming and use of the AP.. a proper manual would be really helpful.. we should not have to rely on TH-camrs, many of whom are not pilots, or are type rated in other aircraft, just to fly it! Is it that difficult to find a pilot willing to write one??

Clearly I am doing something wrong but have been following the limited info I have been able to find. Other comments confirm that I am not alone on this!! TIA Mike
In 6th minute of the film there is a very fast explantion how to change the sorce of nav - but the screen is below the button so it is hard to figure out what exactly been clicked - as it is quite crucial to nav autopilot - this step should be made slow and clear...

Andrew...Great videos and explanations. I would like your professional opinion as to the realism of engine sounds in the ATR. What do you think of them? Especially reverse sounds. Heavy twin turboprops in my book are noisy, 'throaty' sounds....does this come up to your expectations?
Watch British Avgeek tutorial. Its way better. He doesn't push buttons and then not show you where it's at and assume you just know the whole panel. He also doesn't look off down the runway and talk to a pretend FO about procedures that don't matter during the tutorial.

Why has the comment from another user, suggesting (politely) that the narrator slow down a little in some areas, been deleted? It was a good suggestion as some areas are covered very rapidly. Cannot see why such a fair and reasonable comment was deleted. (I was in the process of replying, when the comment was deleted).

@@benairbus3309 That shouldn't happen. I think you missed a step somewhere. Are you sure it's the condition levers you are moving to AUTO position and not something else? Watch at 15:23 and mark the ACW Gens. While in FTR mode, they are at FAULT, but when he moves the condition lever for engine #2 to AUTO, the FAULT light extinguishes.
Maybe not to confuse it with the prop condition lever, cause it sits right next to those and one could actually accidentally retract flaps when wanting manually adjust the prop (in case of an engine lost?) not sure tho, just a guess.. can anyone confirm this?
Hello. The ATR is sensational. But I would like to know how to lower the brightness of the tablet or turn it off during night flight because the tablet gets in the way a little at night. I had problems inserting an airway in the flight plan. Another problem was the disconnection with my joystick, I had to turn the Flight simulator off and on again, I thought it was a problem with my joystick but the crash only appeared on the ATR. I repeat again that for me it has been the best plane. Hugs from Brazil

great video, only thing you could go in a slower pace trough the commands, you go so fast and i need to keep rewind to check the information again.

The Thrustmaster Quadrant doesn't work in any setting, it's so frustrating. It's not even the throttle but also the flaps, parking break etc.

To move condition lever up u have to click the opposite side of the lever which is the bottom side of the lever to move it up, and vice versa

Is the engine fully started and the DC generators turned on ?
Double check your DC engine generators are enabled. If the generators are not connected then you won't get power from them.
