I am K38 normal academy and MA3 fully researched.. and my buffs are not even close to his... Maybe monarch level and civ treasures are higher then mine but for reference I am monarch 38 and civ treasure 2
@@tarunnkapadia He's VIP 17, so probably spends a bit. I'm going to guess he gets a decent chunk of his buffs from Seals and premium Duty Officers. His Art Treasures are also mostly unlocked and level 4. Those will add a lot to his buffs too.
