While I enjoy all your adventures the underwater ROV are the most captivating. I know it’s hard to but over the years I’ve learned not to panic when you get into a situation. Next time reel some of the tether in as your returning to keep so much tether from floating around to get tangled up. With that being said you did a great job with the ROV. I can’t tell you enough as to how much I enjoy your videos. Thank you my friend.
Be confident. You operate the FiFish masterfully. That bunker hasn't been disturbed in decades. The fixtures still intact. That had to have been flooded during or soon after the war. Awesome.
It's a bummer when the explorers you are watching get stopped by a little water,so thank's for the underwater exploration, great fun ! Great little drone, liked to see more of it.
Awesome as usual HH. It’s fantastic to see inside these flooded bunkers. I’m looking forward to seeing your next underwater adventures. Part of the enjoyment is watching you learn how to use the ROV as well. Great job.
This is so awesome!! Thanks HH!! To operate that ROV in the bunker must have been a real challenge. Being the professional that you are, you were able to do it!
Absolutely love all your videos, in a Time of world pandemic your videos make me and my wife forget. Truly gifted story teller and you can make people laugh. Keep up the great content. And stay safe you and your family
Awesome footage!!! I love learning about German history and artifacts. I would be too terrified of that bunker, though… I’m not good with bodies of water…
Wow, incredible, you stormed and conquered the bunker , you certainly mastered the submersible amazing how you manoeuvred around in such a small place, was really interesting to see inside, well done and thank you for sharing 👍🙂
Fantastic run. Good and clear. That bunker has been flooded for a very long time by the rusticles hanging down. Relax more, your fiber is neutral buoyant and if done correctly will give you the ability to reel the sub in. Stay safe out there.
Yes William , it was a fantastic little adventure and hopefully we will show more later. Thanks for Your Incredible support my friend and more to come soon :)
Hello. Wow fantastic videos and my wife and me are so glad we found your channel. I started metal detecting in my teens back in the early eighties when my parents bought me a Q tone TR4 for Christmas which was a pile of crap but it has made me passionate about history and detecting ever since. Keep up the great work my friend and keep the videos coming. Caroline and Chris from the UK
Totally incredible, enjoyed this video on my lunch break. That would be awesome if that bunker could be drained and explored even more, who knows what you would find. Thank you for sharing this adventure and be safe out there my friend.
Thank you for another great adventure ! You might want to install another camera on it facing the back of it so you can see what it looks like behind it ! This might help you figure out the way back out of another bunker ! Thank you again !
@@timjohnun4297 pump it to a lower section of the ground such as a pit or dip in the earth, I doubt that is the water table that close to the surface. More than likely rain water.
Very exciting!!! With your expressive commentary, it's almost like we were there right beside you. Touch and go there for that one close call. Good thing you had Eagle Eye assisting. Wish we could have read the Deutsche writings on the walls. That ROV is quite the underwater drone. Great job, you made it HH and Eagle Eye. Thanks so much for sharing this experience. 🤗
That submersible is so cool! I'd be so afraid of getting it snagged on something. But you are getting pretty good maneuvering it! The water is amazingly clear in this bunker! To bad that blast door was not open more. Thought you were going to panic there for a second on the way out! ;)
WOW! HH, I got lost in that bunker when your thrusters stirred up all that silt and "floaties" down there and I am getting tired holding my breath. Thanks for sharing and I'm sure you were holding your breath there for a while as well. Really an exciting adventure.
I saw on Google maps a big place near Rerik (Germany). But I also heard that it's very dangerous to go explore by your self because of the massive minefields.. You can take tours but sadly it's a +5 hour drive from my home... I love your videos.. Greetings from the top of the Netherlands.
In europe places like these are easy to find. Sometime directly under public park you have ww2 german bunker with german marbre with gold gothic letter on the wall. That was fascinating, had me on the edge of my seat when I saw that tether up by the snag. I am on my laptop. I'm gonna go watch it on the big screen. It's been a long winter but I think I am back. Got to catch up now.
What a fantastic video my friend. It was unreal to see the inside of this bunker untouched for years. So cool, but, so scary. Thought for a minute you might have to go for a swim to recover the ROV. Such a cool little gadget. Can't wait to see those upcoming projects. Cheers
apart from the fiction drama, he could have recovered the rov simply pulling the tethering cable, the tethering cable was floating on the surface since it couldn't get stuck on the first half-open door...in any case,to recover a 1800 $ rov I could easily enter the bunker and swim since there was a big pocket of air on the ceiling ,no problem at all
Fantastic voyage! The compass in the lower right hand corner of the screen is the best way to navigate through a maze like that. You need to watch going in and record the heading you are going then to get out you can reverse the aim of the front by doing the reciprocal bearing. That's how you navigate in fog too. Look up learning compass navigation on the internet. Glad to see that the tether floats, will help you keep from getting snagged on something. Be sure to attach the grabber so you might be able to retrieve something or use it to get the tether free from a snag. It might be a good idea to bring along some hip boots or chest high fishing waders, just in case. Have you ever thought about making a net on a cord to carry items out? A wire ring around the top and a little weight in the bottom of the net would let it be set down with the top open. Where I come from we have "crab nets" that would work good for it. You will get better at navigating the ROV with use. The compass is your friend, study up on using it. If you have a friend with a boat, they could teach you how to use the compass and reciprocal headings. Thanks for the experience!

Stick a decent bilge pump in there. You'd have it pumped out and dry in a week. Then you can walk through it.
Wish someone can sponsor him a gigantic pump.
