I don't find the crucial dark side of Pathao. Honestly, when it comes to executing a company it's no easy work. Lots of such problems arise and sometimes you can't fulfill all the problems (like decreasing the commission from 20% to 8%.) Yes, the insurance problem was really crucial and was the true dark side, but it corrected soon. Someone else claiming they are Pathao drivers is not a problem of Pathao. Pathao could educate people through Instagram, newspapers, etc regarding scam and regarding customers own safety.

Indrive is better than pathawo no commission, no hidden charges, choose rider, costumer support, bargain riding fee many more option 😂

Hello sister u don't have mention that the rider charge more than the price it was booked. They say that the charge is because of traffic jaam.. This is the main disadvantage of riding pathao..

Pathao ko map is shit. So hard to navigate and lacks many places. Also faced alot of problems with drivers from pathao in terms of punctuality. In short, I’ve stopped using pathao altogether because of various issues. Indriver is better. Precise map, nicer drivers, cheaper price. Although I did get scammed once in Indriver too. Dude demanded double the money. I’d still love to support a home grown ride sharing app instead of these corporations from abroad though. Best of luck to Tootle

The thing is that we talk about corruption in government but look at the whole mentality of those riders who do not want to pay a penny commission and want to do offline ridesharing and some customers are happy to support that in exchange for their invalid insurance and other benefits. I am pretty sure; this channel Katha Kura also enjoys commissions from its partner advertisers at least to cover its operation cost. People are using inDriver which is a mass corruption at the public level. Remember those who are supporting is a unregistered company that doesn't pay any tax to the Nepalese government. So don't support those companies and become the partners in crime.
