So many of the things in this game smack of Phantasy Star Online. From the movement, to the graphics, the map cursors and even how the characters breathe. What a fantastic game.
My favorite jrpg of all time. Being a blue rogue was awesome and I’ve never forgotten the moment where I got the Delphinus for the first time and simply blasting away all those black pirates which where a challenge earlier. Had it both on Dreamcast and Gamecube. Gamecube was the better version, but Dreamcast had the mini game on the memory card which was a nice addition.
Its most innovative feature was characters fighting in the background in real-time, and it would be like a decade before FF13 came out. It was cosmetic, but still...

One of the best rpgs ever, and easily my personal favorite dreamcube game. This game has it all.
Still own this on Dreamcast and GameCube. I would never give these games up. Skies of Arcadia is a masterpiece.

It was great for atmosphere. The airship battles were really cool, too.
Never played this. I just know that it was released near the tail end of the Dreamcast's life cycle in North America.
