Thank you my friend it solves my problem by locating the white plastic gear inside the paper feed area, I manually roll it with my finger while the printer is powered on..and putting some objects on the top cover sensor.

I've downloaded the service manual for L1300 and read and came across page 132 where theres some adjustments to be done. I've also seen a few videos that suggested to change the CR motor. I still trust your method will work, but I'm not doing this the right way probably. help me Now
You need to put your finger into the paper feed area roll the white gear with your finger till it clicks into place, that will clear the error, but you should look inside with a light for any piece of paper stuck in the feed area first

this is the problem of my L1300. i accidentally rotated its roller feeder which resulted to double blinking. and there is a cracking sound everytime i switch it on. the roller must have been disaligned

Turn off the printer, then turn on while your hand is on the roller and check If possible spins when the printer initialises

Before switching off the printer ensure the gear are readjusted in place, then switch on the printer and co form to me if it happen again
