Sounds like a prudent plan. Keeping an eye on market trends, especially in real estate, can provide certainly valuable insights for future decisions.

We have a home for sale right now in Nampa, Idaho and we cannot sell it. It’s a beautiful home big backyard right by West Park. Solar Panels three bedroom three bath. Not sure what to do ☹️. Inspection is clean!

Are you currently working with another agent? If so, we are (unfortunately) legally limited about how much we can do/say to help, but if not, my husband and I would love to jump in and help you get it SOLD. My number is 208-598-3040. If we can help, please let me know.🙂

Kinda the same thing I'm seeing up north. Hard to have a market "crash" when the GOV keeps devaluing the currency that housing is priced in.

Thank you for the view and comment! And yes, it sounds like CDA is definitely experiencing a very similar market climate. Oh political election years, right!?! 😵‍💫 So hopeful that we are going to see a change.

Marcie, for an exploratory visit in Boise which 3-4: star hotels or Airbnb location would you recommend for a week or two staying near amenities, restaurants etc. ??

Hello, thanks for watching & for the posting the question! We have a lot of recommendations! If you would like to call, text or email us would be happy to elaborate (208) 598-3040 Marcie.Ellison@exprealty.com. But here are some quick recommendations:
If you’re interested in being close to downtown Boise, we’d recommend:
      The Grove Hotel - 245 S Capitol Blvd Boise, ID 83702 (T): 208-333-8000
      Residence Inn by Marriott - 400 S Capital Blvd Boise, ID 83702 (T): 208-424-9999
      Hampton Inn & Suites Boise-Downtown - 495 S Capitol Blvd Boise, ID 83702 (T): 208-331-1900
      Inn at 500 Capitol
      500 S. Capitol Blvd Boise, ID 83702
      (T): 208-227-0500
Very often we have clients who are pretty confident they don’t want to be right in downtown Boise, but would rather be closer to Meridian or Eagle. Here are several popular choices in both of those:
Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Meridian - 3437 E Pine Ave Meridian, ID 83642 (T): 208-579-5365
      Hyatt Place in Meridian - 1175 S Silverstone Way Meridian, ID 83642 (T): 208-990-9080
Tru by Hilton Meridian - 1401 S Eagle Rd Meridian, ID (T): 208-519-3535
Hilton Garden Inn in Eagle - 145 E. Riverside Drive Eagle, ID 83616 (T): 208-938-9600
Homewood Suites by Hilton in Eagle - 710 E Riverside Drive Eagle, ID 83616 (T): 208-938-2838
And then, as far as Airbnb go, there are a LOT of great ones to consider across the Treasure Valley! If you’re interested in Meridian, I would recommend trying to find one close to places like The Village & Albertson’s MarkStreet. Or if you were interested in Eagle, I would try to find one closer to downtown Eagle area (so by Rembrandt’s, Bardenay or Guerber Park.
Again, if you would like information, please feel free to shoot us a text or an email or give us a call. Hope you’re having a great day!

@@Livinginboiseidaho-candid Excellent. Thanks for that. We'll digest it. You probably heard about the water pipe break in Calgary. Maybe we'd want to visit during the situation which is supposed to continue for another few weeks right into the Stampede influx!

@dovygoodguy1296 A LOT of information to digest, I know! And yes, we did hear about the water pipe break up there! @@Livinginboiseidaho-candid Thanks! The government says they're working like crazy to fix the situation which could drag on into July, and then it would definitely be a great idea to go to Boise!

Great info. I guess not super surprised that houses are selling. Lots of political refugees like you mentioned. My wife and I like the Boise area but either need to find a job or wait until I retire in 4 years.

I just read that the US Dollar has lost 25% of it's value from where it was in 2020. Crazy economy right now. Anybody's guess as to what will happen in the next 10 months. Pretty dangerous time to buy now. Wishing you the best of luck. Cheers.

Thank you for watching and commenting! And yes, we are certainly living in crazy times. The US dollar has indeed lost value since 2020. And oh - to have a crystal ball, right!?! We (unfortunately) do not - all we have is what our numbers are showing us, and our experience here on-the-ground. Our goal is very simple - to help our clients make the best decisions possible for the unique situations. Thank you again for watching and the comment!🙂
