    What is your medical proof that millets should not be used by thyroid patients and kidney patients? Then, how there are so many thyroid patients at present who have never used millets.
    As millets have good amount of proteins, they can take Tuar dal etc once in a week.

    మేడం నేను హైపో థైరాయిడ్ patient ని, బరువు తగ్గాలని ఉంది, గోధుమ రోటీలు మంచిది కాదు అంటున్నారు, ఐతే మీరు కూడా multi grain రోటిలు తినకూడదు....????? ఒకవేళ తినవచ్చు అంటే ఏ ఏ ధాన్యాలతో flour తయారు చేసుకోవచ్చు.....??? దయచేసి వివరించండి.... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
