Ingredients:
Spiral Ham
Pan
Aluminum foil
Apple pellets
Steps:
Unwrap spiral ham and set packet of glaze on the counter so it can get room temperature
Then check the cook per pound on the label (In this case itâs about 10-12 minutes per pound smoke time around 2 hours for ten pounds)
Preheat smoker to 315-325. Temp does go up and down. Do not let it go over 370
Open ham and place face down on a pan that is covered with aluminum foil
Cover ham leaving quarter size holes on each side so we can get all that apple smoke flowing in that hamð
Place on smoker for appropriate time but do not over cook as it is already pre cooked
Take off pellet smoker and cut corner of glaze packet. Glaze hole ham and recover for 20 minutes. Uncover and take your basted and cover with hot juices
