Ok. Here's something I keep thinking about. That fabric you have around your walls is great. It helps keep out the cold, heat and bugs but it's kind of dreary to look at especially when the rainy season comes and you have to spend a lot of time inside, especially for the children. If it's possible to get some scraps of colorful fabric maybe you could cut it into shapes and sew it to the wall. If you're artistic you can make shapes of animals or other objects to use to teach baby girl the names. If you're like me and not artistic, you can just make basic shapes like circles, squares, etc or even strips of color. It would brighten the room and give you teaching material for your daughter because she seems very smart. Even before she can say the words she can learn them. If you say show me the ... Circle, tree, cow, Blue, etc and have her point out the right spot I think she could learn quickly. And it would be a fun game for the two of you that you can even do while you are nursing. I have seen that your daughter gets a little jealous of her brother when you do that.

Here's a thought. I don't know if you get enough traffic on the road by your house but what about setting up a food stand by the road and selling your vegetables there during the busiest traffic times? You could even make a little fenced in area for your daughter to play while you are there. Of course it's for the days when you don't need to go to the shops yourself. And speaking of shops, why did you leave your basket at the last one where you sold vegetables? Now what will you have to carry things to town?
