Wilber has been rapping since his first album. His hip hop styles (wearing hat, sun glasses, accessorizes, etc) has been like that for more than 10 years. Yup!! he admitted that many of his songs are covered(originally korean), but that's when he first came out and didn't know how to compose songs. Go and see '' who is MVP '' written by Wilber and released in 2005, That's his style!! Look at his last few album, those songs that composed by him and those stories behind the songs. I don't think he is copying. NOT AT ALL!!

I don’t know why people keep on saying he “covered” the songs. He didn’t ask for permissions to use those songs from the original artists and thus didn’t pay the original artists for literally just translating the lyrics from Korean to Chinese. Now that TH-cam and internet is making things easier for people to know the truth, I wonder if he has tried at least to tried to pay for his past atrocities or not - although there is no such thing as paying back really. He got famous using stolen properties, so there is no undoing THAT.

Wilbur and Show Lo copied kpop songs when they started their career. It was pretty shameless. Will was better since he had a better singing voice and good chunk of his albums back then were ballads. It wasn't like he copied everything. Overall, wasn't a fan of those guys back in the day. The music copying pre-dated big bang. GD was only in a few YG's mv back then. I find Wilbur more likable now as a judge on Rap of China. Goofy, self-deprecating. Him and Kris Wu gives off the Voice's Adam Levine/Blake Shelton vibes. Sadly that RapOfChina is also a rip off of SMTM. 😅
