Ya Girl Sarah trust me. I'm British and I know that maltesers have a malt centre. Like it literally says it in the name >> *MALT* esers. The honey is probably in the chocolate to make it sweeter or something. But if it did have dried honeycomb in the centre then they would have put "dried honeycomb" instead.
