I bought the instant pot duo a few years ago and am happy with it. When instant pot say 7-1 or 9-1 cooking options know that most of those are just “presets” for cooking that you can do by manually programming it yourself. 95% of what I cook is on Manual - high pressure so those extra presets are not really necessary. There’s other models with the sous vide feature which I don’t find necessary or miss. I bought my air fryer lid separate because it wasn’t an option when I bought my pot. Enjoy your new pot! 😊

Do you prefer flour on corn tortillas with the carnitas?
I prefer corn for carnitas but both are very good!
