Having firsthand experience with anxiety, insomnia, and a strong desire to connect with my higher self and live my best life, I have tailored these recordings in ways that I have personally found helpful.

@@jetjegoesdutch7933 thanks for pointing this out-- it helps me so much because often my content does get distributed without my permission. But those videos are actually from my distributor. They post them whenever I release a story available to download on music sites.
@@MichellesMeditationSanctuary oke i understand.. isn't there a setting to prevent people from being able to post on their own channel.. I know you want people to share them and that's not what i mean.. It just means that if you use that thingie in the setting you are telling youtube that you're not allowing other people to post and so if they do, you can show you tube like well hello i did not give permission for this and then they block that person's content. As i did a little dabbling myself on you tube and want to start again very soon, i saw that this was possible but it's been almost a year for me that i posted so it could all be different now. You're welcome, in this case it's all fine but i don't want others to take advantage of you as you work so hard on these stories.. I always fall asleep before I can even hear the stories ! 😭 maybe I should start skipping the meditation portion, but also that’s just how good she is!!! She be having me knocked out with the meditation portion but I miss out on the stories 😂 love it

@Michelle's Sanctuary: Sleep Stories & Meditations we've had the craziest Spring-like "Winter" I've ever seen here! Most days are in the 60-70° range and while we've had a good amount of rain (even thunder!) our usual snowstorms have been conspicuously absent 😕 I'm worried that if it's this warm in February, that Spring and Summer Temps will be stiflingly hot. I'm one of those oddball folks that lives for Fall/Winter and finds myself quite irritable and depressed when there's too much heat and sunshine. Your stories never fail to cheer me up, no matter the weather 💜

Michelle may I ask where the inspirational ideas for the sensational bedtime sleep stories 😴 thank you for every single one of of them from Gary listening from Chesterfield England and I also pray for you
Thank you, Gary. Most of them come from whatever inspiration I find throughout the week or day. Some come from suggestions. This series came from my love work by Updike and the idea of embracing cottage life and timeless souls who exist to heal the world and people however they can. Each witch was inspired by someone who has been helpful and kind to me in the past few years.
The best comedian knows pain and has learned to deal with it through laughter. The best writers have a knack or ability to tell a story. What inspires one may be overlooked by another. Some people have the talent of elevating everything they observe. Combine all of these aspects and you get Michelle. Next add a voice that evokes another dimension of sensorial pleasure and voila. Everything she writes may be inspired by observation but they are all expressed by the filters of her mind. It’s her mind that creates this. Imagine how Beethoven wrote the 9th completely deaf. I see a sunset she sees a universe. And she can describe it well enough for a blind person to see it or a deaf person to hear it.
This is amazing! The witches collection has always been such a great experience. I especially loved listening to this because of your soft, breathy, beautiful voice. Every story you create is a journey that takes me away from the anxieties of my life. Thank you for this story/meditation that brings back the og Michelle's sanctuary! I love it❤

@@MichellesSanctuary this must be prescience since I saw a large red fox on my lawn and all about for the past week. Usually we get grey ones. Was taking out the trash when we met. I spoke in my best soothing voice it scared him and he ran across the street and under a fence. I was waiting for telepathic communication in the rain until I realized I was just getting wet and the only voice in my head was some idiot talking to a fox 🦊
