Played against a couple of NG imperial formation. They all made the mistake to buff up all their enforcers to 6. Managed to ping em down to 5 and as soon as I pulled council he forfeit. Shame I couldn't get to see the fireworks

I love tinkering and tweaking decks it's my favourite things to do! Winning games isn't the most important thing so I am happy to try lots of weird variations to find the perfect list!
What's your opinion about Malena. Being an elf is a problem but shte has good synergy with boar and I also found movement quite useful against a lot of factions.
I crafted Schirru for the last list. I had some hilariously bad games, so many miss plays. I had 2 games against NR and kept hoping they'd Voymir the volunteers so I could scorch the 3s but no one plays Voymir anymore I guess lol. This list looks pretty nice I'm excited to give it a go! They make the mulligans soooo awkward, and anyway it is often far better to line another card into Schirru range. They play for 4 points, they can add to your Oak value slightly but often you have full value off him anyway. They don't offer any benefit of thinning as you play them Round 3. Without Circle of Life you want to mulligan Schirru and Sentinels, this gives you no freedom with the rest of your mulligans and you can't be risky. You often have a Sentinel in your opening hand with limits your options.
@@SpeciSnap yeah, the thinning is my thing about it and you're right, you're actually not getting the benefit of that, like ever, with Schirru, because you will hardly ever use leader for pushing round two here. I've been rethinking that.
I'm currently trying a list inspired by this one running Gord. I have to run awkward specials like Tempering and Runestone to bring it up to 12 specials. Do you think it's ok for me to run Gord with less than 12 specials? Great content lately mate
Loving these decks im still having fun with the improved spelltial with Thunderbolt big dick finisher addition xD Now i just need to get my head round NR cause all the lists i play make zero sense to me even after watching guides :P My most comfortable deck is still Soldiers Ball which says allot :P Thanks for the great content !
why did you not play oak to kill the anna at 22:20? you can get the deathblow on one of those volunteer and get the zeal or am i missing something here?
Ethan Wang the sentinels aren’t in the deck so no reason to go for the deathblow. I was expecting Baron and Oak can kill a greedy backrow Baron, since Braaen could finish off already it made sense.
Often with this list, you don't actually want the deathblow to spawn other sentinels, but use the 2 damage to line up something else into Schirru range. It's also worth mentioning that they make your mulligans really awkward, you often want to mulligan Schirru + Sentitels and you can't be risky in mulligans. You don't want to play them until Round 3 and so the thinning provides no benefits. It seems weird but i'm 100% sure that it is actually correct not including them!
Yeah but its massively mitigated now you can keep Schirru in hand and buff him. Milaen is a great card its just the Elf tag that is awkward as you (almost) ALWAYS wanted to Council for Schirru. Now you can keep Schirru in hand and your council is still great

Love this deck. Doesn't always work but when it does it's very funny. Had a couple of matches where i obliterated my opponents. Overall very fun deck.

Zack Hussen it’s something I usually avoided but I think it’s more than fine. I’ll mess around with Gord and Schirru quite soon I’d imagine
