Both is real 8850 and the only difference is one has the original housing and another one is having a non genuine housing. Thats it.
Refurbished doesn't mean it's fake. Probably the phone got a new body and shell. It can be the reason why the real IMEI differs from the IMEI on the back sticker
Keeping in mind that it's hard to find an original one in good condition, it's worth 50 usd for the China one from ebay? Thanks
