    I really love the idea of doing the 3 top task. I am a night owl too and I feel better when replied people's messages first thing in the morning as I usually don't feel like it as an introvert I hate it.

    I really want to wake up early but unfortunately I am a night owl , it's just I love night but still want to wake up early 😂. Crazy right

    Thank god I looked for this. All the 4 am to 7 am videos stressed me out. I tried waking up in those hours and felt sick and dysfunctional throughout the day Hahaha

      ikr! I literally can't get up before 8am and don't start work until after 10am but I'm super productive at night when most people are tired. I get my best stuff done at around 8pm!

    I've failed at the first hurdle, I don't make my bed 🙈😂 problem is, I know I'm getting back into it when the baby naps 🤭 but maybe I should try it and see!

    Thank you so much. I am hypermobile and a night owl so mornings are not my best moment. When I wake up I am usually stiff because I slept in a wrong and mostly weird position, overstretching some joints in my body. I wanted to give u a tip for falling hair, because I also deal w/that. I noticed you were combing your hair wet, and while it helps to not make hair look fuzzy, it falls out way faster when combing wet hair. Best is to comb it when it's still a little little wet, mostly dry and to hold your hair so you protect your scalp while brushing it. Brushing directly without holding your hair means you pull directly from your scalp and they will fall faster. Hope you dont mind my unrequested advice!
    Btw, what time do you go to bed, what time do you get up? Any challenges with office working hours etc?

    Don’t forget to use pure oils always on wet skin otherwise it can actually dry out the skin... nice Video! I really struggle to do anything Profi before 10 am ;)
