Libra here. I'm 55 yrs old. I'm a Security Officer in Hospitality. It took me 6 month to find this job. I work with a bully who goes behind my back and messes with my work. I've want to talk with my managers regarding what he's doing. However, don't want to be labeled. I won't let him push me out. My work is very physical. I answer to 3 upper managers. I enjoy my job for the most part. It's certainly isn't easy. I've been getting sick. I'm not a person who get sick often. Went to the doctor and gave a copy to my Manager. All I can do is my best and leave the outcome to God.
You could speak to upper management about the problem employee/co-worker. Or you can make the best out of this situation while you make it your "second job" to find another place of employment. I wish you the very best. 💖
