9 for me. Great fun!
Just one ... Mozart 😂
for my sins, as a musician i have actually performed some of these
Fell over on the Nielsen, but otherwise OK.
13 out of 15. Dropped the ball with the Nielsen and Bizet.
That was indeed hard. 8/15 for me. More, please!
Thanks for the result. There will definitely be a continuation of the overtures!
Ack, 6/15!
A great quiz for the music but a terrible quiz for my answers! Haha. I heard a lot of tunes that are new to me so it was very enjoyable even though it was hard! Thank you very much!
Thank you for your feedback. Still, this is a Hard video level, and therefore there is no point in being upset about the low results))
@@adiosmusictest Thank you for your sympathy sir. Please keep making more videos as they are enjoyable and educational too!
Blessings and peace from UK
7/15 one of which was a complete guess! I'm fairly happy with that 😊.
Congratulations.. glad I made the overtures quiz easier this time.
10/15. And it was marked Hard!! Pretty proud of myself.
I know that the quiz level is somewhere between Medium and Hard. If I wrote The Medium, many would be indignant that it is difficult for the Medium. But I wrote Hard, now everyone will write that this is a very easy Hard))
@@adiosmusictest Doing better than I expect encourages me to keep trying!
7/15: I recognised the style of Mozart and Verdi, the tonality of G minor, the glorious sound evoking Julius Caesar, the fakingly glorious sound of Rossini and I knew Dvorak couldn't be Tchaikovsky.
I might also recognize Verdi by the melody, and then choose the title without knowing the overture itself))
First time your introduction (& ending) piece has also been on the liszt!
What was it please? I can't remember!
@@georgealderson4424 The Thieving Magpie (La Gazza Ladra)
@@PattyDung Oh of course! Thanks!
Not exactly the first time .. I already did this in the “Guess the Composer” series, but thanks for your observation))
6/15. I think I've only heard 2 of them before (Mozart and Tchaikovsky).
Is this the first time you've heard Rossini's "The Thieving Magpie"?
@@adiosmusictest Sorry, I've heard it and guessed it correctly, but wasn't sure. I meant I only knew 2 of them.
i found only 3 ^^'
by the way, do you know Hans Huber? he is a pretty much unknown swiss composer and composed 8 symphonies and more than 140 opus :3
Thanks for the result. I don't know Hans Huber, but in the section of little-known composers I can use him. Can you recommend something most outstanding from him?
