Nice! We're Palestinian and my mom makes the best version of these.. Everyone wants them! Lol. It's called manakeesh or manoushe. And there's usually cheese, meat, or spinach ones. And we also have some with zaatar

@@11naa44 manakeesh is the big flat kind of pizza looking ones that are folded in half.. Fatayer are the little square or triangle shaped ones with a filling 🙂

Hey Quang , a lebanese here, these are called manaeish and moajjanet (it means small baked doughy food) and these make up the favorite breakfast for any lebanese. The green one had spinach , try asking for zaatar next time or something called keshek ( basically dried yogurt mixed with onions and tomatoes) you won’t regret it. 👋

I have been on a quest to make as many Middle Eastern breads and breads stuffed with stuff as I possibly can. They are life-changing once you've tried them. Everything on that table looks good and I've had the manoushe and I'm obsessed with that one! Next time try the Za'tar one. So good for brkfst with black tea.
