In today's video we take a look at the Lennar model home in Stonehouse. If you're looking to build new, this is one of the best opportunities in Williamsburg. Located in Toano, you'll be about 20 minutes north of Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary Campus, which also makes for a fairly easy commute up to Richmond or down to Fort Eustis or Langley Air Foce Base. This location provides the best of both worlds, while also being far away from the commotion and density of the cities to the north and south. The price on these homes is excellent. Similar sized homes located in the larger Williamsburg neighborhoods or York County could easily cost DOUBLE the the price.
As of posting this video (9/28/2023) there are prebuilt homes available with Thanksgiving delivery dates available. Or you can build from the ground up and completely design your own home in phase two, which is being sold now, with construction set to begin in the next few months. This neighborhood also offers townhome options, so if you don't want to build a single family house, those could be a great fit too!

the size of the masters bedroom is the size of an apartment here in jersey city! Beautiful home ! Just too much carpeting! I would've loved if they were all hardwood flooring! One thing i noticed about VA homes is that they're all carpeted. Another thing i noticed that i wasn't a fan of was the laundry is upstairs. I would've rather have it in the basement, since it does have a basement. If there's ever gonna be some leaking up there, it will spread quickly in the carpeted rooms. How were they able to construct basements ? Isn't VA below sea level? I hope there's gonna be no flooding!

You're right...in most of Hampton Roads basements aren't an options, but there's enough elevation increase as you head up to Williamsburg that you'll start to see a lot more basements
