Our community water system just had this installed - replacing an old analog meter. To read the meter, we have to climb down a cut out in the floor of our pump house, which is not fun. LOL. I would like to use my phone or our WiFi network to read this meter. I've looked all over the Sensus site and see numerous communication methods and devices. But I'm not understanding what I would need to either hard-wire via ethernet to our network or connect via bluetooth or WiFi. Can you do a video on that or reply to this comment? Thank you from Idaho.
These smart meters are able to be connected to an AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to then be read remotely. One of our guys would be happy to point you in the right direction with that. Try Rod by email at Rod.adkins@citcowater.com
Miss you Rod!
This guy is a rock star!
Where do you get the tool for the security screw?

Look at Metron-Farnier Innov8-VNr remote readers. They can be installed on various brands of water meters.
