If 30.20 isnt big, this game will die. If we had to wait over 2 months to just get 1 new animal, we wont have enough content for this game to survive
The game is already near death. One day, I saw only 12K people playing .but yes if this update is tiny I expect people to be mad about it.

We need people to realize how crazy the physics and engineering system is, I’ve made the craziest creations with it, it can be used for more than just wacky fun

Pigs give mushrooms and those can be used in recipies already.
Truffles are mushrooms. That's why they did that.
We have Been waiting for an update for forever! We should have vary high expectations because they’ve had two months to work on something
I love your idea and this probably will happen but not this year because I think if epic did that, they would have already made an update which made you able to "edit" the terrain and paths.
Unfortunately I think all of us will be disappointed. Epic has been dropping the ball.
Considering the lack of info thats actually out about tomorrows update, it makes me feel like its not going to be a huge update like i thought. either way it will be a surprise
In fairness, we had no info on the Expert Mode outside of creators being told early. Who knows though.
Well, expert mode wasn't a lot.
Sure it was some coding by Epic, but comparing next to the Star Wars patch, it was pretty small.
I am honestly surprised they are sitting on Lego IP and not running harder with it.

The lobby msg currently says v30.30 is at 8am UTC so yes, 4pm in WA, 6pm in the eastern states. We'll go offline around 15mins before that. (I got kicked from my Lego world last update coz I'd totally forgotten while in game.)
Watching this after the update flop makes me feel more like Epic development simply had their release date slip.. gotta wait just a little bit longer!

Would be nice if we can craft blast powder from excess fertilizers. Also new paint station so you craft different colors to decorate things. And finally a heater for the snow biome buildings. 😂

As far as brutes go find their invisible wall build steps along side it and it's an easy kill....keep the steps there cause they will respawn there....easy...I go about 14 highish depending on terrain

I'd be disappointed too if the Devs didn't give us the update we wanted. Thus I haven't been playing Lego Fortnite at all it's been 2 months now?🤞
I wish they would put statistics in the game. Like how many totems you used in expert, how many fish you caught etc. Maybe even some kind of leader boards for each mode like weekly, monthly, and lifetime. Could even put new crafting items based on how many of a certain fish you caught and how many of a certain tree you have cut down etc. With all the Lego collectors out there they can make the game as big as they want it to be. If they don't continue to put out new resources, animals, etc it will continue to be stagnant and new people won't stay around long if at all. Which makes me think if they put out real life builds in the game it might increase Lego's sales and more fun for us. Also give people a "preview" of something they might be interested in buying from the Lego store.

All the newer sets I saw IRL at the shops were all City, and recycling themed.
Well hope we get some sort of stability and any new content would be nice. ...like to build a raceway track or underground parking..

6:28 the set price is mostly based on how complex they are and while most of normal Lego sets are kinda cheap for lego they increased the price since these sets are a collaboration much like star wars sets witch are one of the most expensive type and since its Fortnite i guess lego thinks everybody is going to want them, go to the store and then buying it for the (in my opinion too high price for a durr burger) price.
But its also because the peely bone is likely a collector or an “adults” set type that is why its on that fancy black podium and the box has a black wallpaper meaning luxury or seriousness that kids probably wont want to buy it AND there is an age restriction on these kind of sets that are used to mainly DISPLAY characters so yea its probably an 18+ set

Bricks is new builds, corn is a new use for it, the swords could be combat difficulty, the trees could be new uses for wood, the pig is just to taunt us because in game they are useless lol

You don't seem to have so much faith in this update either its a large or small update.
Lego sets are priced mostly based on piece count and/or minifigs number. IP might also change a bit the prices

Ive been asking for tree saplings from the beginning. Knock a tree down, get some seeds to plant.
The Lego sets should normally be 10 cents or less per brick so that is how they price them, which makes the new sets very good value. Also slightly higher depending on number of minifigs. I am waiting for the update today and will jump in ASAP. Oh and all those sets will be bought 😂

Is it some kind of unannounced agreement with LEGO Group not give any hints/teasers/leaks for a 2nd major update in a row? Few hours before downtime and there is nothing except that blurry roadmap leaked months ago. Only Lego.

Hell yeah crafty you nailed it man. Just let it roll been waiting since may 3rd to see anything positive for the game. It's now the end of July maybe Thanksgiving will finally bring og players something. I'm in the prosses of packing to move 12 hrs west so no distraction would be a plus but I do welcome anything at this point with welcome arms better then boxes. I broke down and tried a new world I made it an hr 1/2 and died so I'm done lot of work n time for nothing. Didn't get the bright bomber thing so I had allis start the easy mode 5 year old and well I had to speed run her to about normal play that she is use to. About 1 hr 2 villages 10 level. 1 village at level 5. And gave it back to her. I found it frustrating about the time wasted as I should have been able to do it in my current og world, but the grind and die mode. That would have truly sucked. Great ending of the video. Loved it. Hopefully the tacks will give ya the new extras for lego. I already dumped 1000 vbucks on fortnight extras already.

Yes, as long as you stay inside the village area (the area marked by that yellow border when you build), it will retain it's level when you place it again.
This update is so glitchy, glider doesn't want to work at all and the grassland cave enemies respawn after 5 seconds.... 🤦🏻♂️ Just slayed my way thru the first section, made a wall to the next section so i could easily clear it out but when i turn around all of them were back... 😂🤣
Can’t wait for a stupid dinosaur no one cares about after waiting a whole month. compare this to other updates like expert or starwars or any other update.
People will care if it makes it fun.

If they introduce new biomes how will they add them to existing maps? They would have to overwrite older biomes, but what if we have structures present there

Its getting boring now, lego fortnite make no attempts to retain their current players it took hours for this update and we literally got nothing for our wait.
Checked this morning and didn't see any changes. Fortnite is starting to fall off. The updates over the last 5 months have been 3 out of 10. With an update size of 73 gigs, you would think there would be some big changes, but sadly, that's a no.
